Becuase I came early in the morning I was given the oppurtunity to veiw the cars on the lot with no interuptions. As soon as the first sales Representative (David) came on the lot he greated me and joined me with looking at all the cars on the lot. He was warm and funny dispite the early visit. He showed me how to read the marking on the car as far as mileage and price, which I did not previously know. He assisted me until my sales Representative arrived on the lot. When Leslie arrive he got her up to speed with what actions was taken, saving alot of time. Ultimately, my paperwork was done smoothly, questions where answered, and mosty importantly Leslie was so kind, knew here product and was patient with me. To conclude the sale was made and I am very pleased.
