We were very pleased with the service provided by this company. Our garage door was overhauled by Jonathan, who was very knowledgeable, took pride in his work (as though it was his own house), and worked very diligently to repair the garage as quickly as possible, working well into the evening without taking a break! We love our new garage system and, while the cost of repair was not cheap, we feel the service we received was well worth the cost.

My dilemma occurred in Aug, 2010. Broken spring and after researching on the internet I felt it was a project worth trying myself. However after investigating the situation further, I didn't just have a broken spring but two broken panels. I searched around various vendors and FCD impressed me the most. After speaking with Brandon he was definitely the one I wanted to do business with. He quickly matched competitors prices and even went a step further than that. He called me to tell me he had a customer who turned away a new door and would like to know if I was willing to take it off his hands. It was a fullly insulated door and he gave me a good price for it.

Once his crew arrived, I was totally impressed with the efficiency in which they worked. Total true team concept and partnership. The old door came down quickly and the new door went up just as quick.

I was glad I ran into their ad and recommend everyone who needs a door or needs door maintenance to let FCD do the service.

I called FCD today after lunch to see about fixing both of my garage doors. I had no idea that they would be able to fix both of them today! Incredible! (replaced a motor on one and a spring on the other.) Needless to say, I am very pleased with the prices, quality and service. I would refer FCD to my friends and family without hesitation. Brian, our service rep, was a great guy and knew all the in's and out's of his trade and was excellent at explaining the processes.



If you are in the same situation as I was and blindly looking for someone to fix your garage doors (since you've never had to before), take my advice and give them a call. I am extremely glad I did.

I was very impressed with Family Christian Doors. As a Project Manager in commercial construction, I deal with contrctors on a daily basis. I was impressed from the first moment that I spoke with Phil on the phone, and again later in speaking with Brandon. Courteous, professional, and they really made me feel like my business and happiness as a customer were top priorities with them. They beat a competitors price, and still bent over backwards to do a superb job. Serviec techs Joey and Josh were very personable, quick and professional. I am a very handy guy, and usually do most home repairs myself, but from now on, anything to do with doors on my home will be done by Family Christian Doors. As a professional in commercial construction, and as a homeowner, I highly recommend them. Call them! You will be glad you did!

My family and I were out for the evening and returned to find our garage door totally smashed in...Yes someone had driven their car up my drive way and into my garage. I am renting, so I called the landlord and like always she sprung into action the very next day. FCD was extremely professional to say the least, one guy came out to see if he could fix it by himself he thought it was just off track(it was off track allright), but once he saw that the entire door would need replacing he told us that it would be fixed the next day by 4 o'clock, the entire door, track and all was done by 2 o'clock not to mention it was just one guy....Thanks Family Christian Doors

I had a spring that sprung!



Thankfully, my Home Warranty Service sent out FCD.



The gentlemen responded quickly (within 2 hours) and arrived when promised.



The gentleman worked quickly and professionally. My door was working within 1 hour after he arrived. At that time, I only had to pay a deductible, so I could not comment on their pricing.



Later, however, when my daughter had a grage door problem, I called FCD eventhough she did not have the Warranty Service. Again, the same response. And this time, I discovered that their pricing was reasonable, too.



It is nice to find a service company that truely provides "service."

One of the two springs of my garage door broke and I had to find an affordable service provider to get it fixed. I called several service providers and I thought the prices they quoted were high.



Checked Google and came across Family Christian Doors. Thought I'd give them a call. Having such a business name I was wondering if they practice what they preach. I spoke to Brandon and was impressed right away. He explained why both springs need replacement and he quoted a price that was substantially lower compared to the others..



Two of his techinicians arrived. They worked as a team, very efficient. They answered all my questions. In addition to replacing the springs they also performed maintenance work with no additional cost.



I am very happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kudos to Brandon! I was going through a tough time in my life where I'm transitioning into becoming a single mom and needed to feel secure in my own home. I was needing to change my password to my garage door opener system so that access to it could no longer be available by others. Brandon walked me through the process and I was able to do it myself! Brandon is so awesome he even took the time to pray with me while on the phone. I would recommend him to everyone! He is definitely my go to guy for my garage door needs!

They did a full door install for me a few months ago, and it turned out great. I recently had lights installed on the side walls of the garage, and the wiring got caught in the garage door springs. He went out and fixed it the very next day just as he promised. Brandon is great, and he has great employees working for him. I highly recommend this business for anything garage door.

I called 3 different companies for an estimate to replace my garage door, the ONLY people that even showed up were these friendly folks at Family Christian Doors. They are the ONLY company I will call for any future repairs on my doors. Very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Repairs done right the FIRST time, on time. No excuses, just GREAT service. Our garage door springs broke and we had engineered a little plate to hold our door together for several years. It was time.



First we called someone from a coupon in a mailer. Not Good, but THEN we had the sense to ask a friend who recommended Family Christian Doors. Wow! What a difference!



The owner, Brandon was positive, enthusiastic, knowledgable and his crew had a great work ethic. They were able to show me all of the options and even let me know about a tax credit because I was interested in a door with insulation.



Every time I push the garage door button, I am reminded that there are still good, honest businesses out there.
