This review is addressed to the great customer service agents at Systems Relocation. I would like to especially point out three employees who went above and beyond what was expect of them in order to ensure a positive customer experience. Ryan and Tommy from customer service were great : My first interaction with Ryan occurred when he confirmed my moving date. After that, I called him a dozen times to get more information and redirect my call to the appropriate departments. He was always available, even during the weekend when I had to call him.Mike from Dispatch: Mike made my entire moving experience a positive one. He went above and beyond what was expected of him in order to ensure that I was satisfied. When I called him, he was always available. When I had a problem, he tried to resolve it promptly. And when I suggested improvements in my moving experience, he took my concerns seriously, and took immediate action.

This is my Review for systems relocation called them after looking them up on the BBB website and making sure they were official because I was so frightened hearing so many stories of companies just stealing peoples things. Considering I was moving from Connecticut to California I needed to be sure. Money was an issue but at the end of the day I would be happy if I get all my stuff and all in one piece! So I will keep this short because I don't want to write every single interaction with them, the man I originally spoke to and got the quote from, Richard, was very help full and I felt at ease after talking with him about the process and payment and etc. I gave a deposit and the rest was due after the driver arrived at my new home. They give you a window of one to two weeks for the furniture to arrive. I'm sure that's because it was coming from across the country. So needless to say I was still a nervous wreck for that time waiting on my furniture thinking the worse!
But then they arrived! I didn't think they would pull up in a 18 wheeler so it was a little difficult to get the truck close to my apartment and then it's a semi busy street so it was hard for the movers. So ultimately I ended paying an extra couple hundred for the movers because it was hard for them but I understood! I got my stuff when they said I would and it was wrapped up good and none of it was damaged! So I have no complaints! 5 stars for me! Will definitely use them again when moving out of state!
