I really appreciate your time in explaining everything as well as all your calls to my assistant. Thank you so much for everything you did to quickly get the gas turned back on to my apartment.

I called Fred Smith regarding a leak coming from my bathtub. They came out on a Thursday morning and everything was great. The plumber they sent out was extremely courteous and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and overall could not have been more helpful.

I appreciate the consideration, and fine quality of work that I observed when one of your serviceman fixed the problems in my bathroom. I had used Fred Smith before and would certainly use this company again.

I am so grateful for these guys- my heater is working great. I also got the air filtration along with the air purification which I highly recommend. I breathe a lot better in my house now.

I called Fred Smith when I had a broken shower head and water that cycled from hot to cold every 5 minutes. The serviceman you all sent over arrived early and took about 20 minutes to identify and fix the problem. He cleaned out the gunk that had collected in the shower head. Apparently, the water flow was so low that the water heater couldn't tell that it needed to stay on, hence the cycles. Thanks for the amazing help!

I would highly recommend Fred Smith. These guys were fast, professional, efficient and completely painless. I though the prices were fair and I also appreciated the courtesy both the office as well the technician showed. If need be I would certainly use these guys again.

We received fantastic customer service from the team at Fred Smith. They sent someone out the same day that I called. The serviceman had the parts with him in his truck and did the repair to our heater in less than 30 minutes.

Thanks so much for helping my wife out last week. We called you all with what my wife called a “serious plumbing emergency”. We were having guests come in town for the holidays and the drain in the guest bathroom shower was clogged. My wife said the serviceman that came was great as she was running around getting the house ready. He snaked the drain and even tightened the faucet too. She said he was there for less than 30 minutes. Thanks for your prompt and quick work.

Very highly recommended! Great service all the way around. Two appointments on time for both. Very easy to deal with and the went out of the way to be helpful, careful and communicative. The tech was very nice and gave me advice for free on how I could fix my noisy toilet myself, even though I was only paying him to work in the kitchen.

Having had problems continuously with our shower clogging and trying several declogging agents, I decided to look for a plumber as it was clear we were not going to be successful on our own this time. I found Fred Smith Plumbing to be one that I would call first. I phoned around 10:15 AM and a very polite lady answered and took our information and asked if it were possible for someone to come between 11 AM and 12 PM? I was surprised that it could happen so quickly. Promptly at 11:40 AM a tech showed up! He accessed the situation and quoted me a fair price. He went back to his truck and in the end took care of the problem. I was very happy that he was able to get things taken care of so quickly. He also threw in a trap to keep the hair from going down at no charge. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

They replaced our old water heater in like, just over an hour.



A few weeks later the pilot light went out and we just couldn't get it re-lit. We called Fred Smith to see if they could give us some tips over the phone...there response was "We'll send someone right over!"



They arrived about 30 minutes after we called and re-lit the pilot light! On a Saturday night!
