was nervous to have root treatment from past experiences but can honestly say it was painless and a wonderful experience. dr hsin was not only super professional but made me feel very welcome at ease as did her assistant and staff. i'll be back

I needed an emergency appointment, and was I thrilled that I was able to get in almost immediately. From the minute I walked in, I felt calmer. Everyone on staff is kind, thoughtful,patient. Dr. Hsin was amazing. I felt relaxed and it was easy to explain my complicated situation. She listened carefully to try not to rush into a procedure that I might not need. She listened AGAIn and tested out some options. I was in very competent hands and will definitely recommend this office to others.

My visit with Dr. Hsin was amazing. She explained everything clearly, was very thorough, and very very kind. Every step of the way she explained what was happening, listened to me when I talked, and was great. A wonderful experience during a very (mentally) scary procedure!

Dr Hsin and staff have made an unpleasant situation as good as could be. They fit me into the schedule and were kind and patient. They were even really nice about my having to have my 2 very active children in the waiting room during the initial consult.

I only trust Dr.Hsin for any procedure of endodonticvs. She's the best. And she really cares and listens to her patients. She makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Multiple dentists throughout my life have failed to get me numb, even maxing out lidocaine. Dr. Hsin got it right on the first try and my first root canal was a better experience than any filling I've had done. That says all you need to know!
