Great store, didnt buy anything but when I do...looking at the seamaster planet XL, but I didnt know that the watch price when up about 3k in the last 3 years...because the auto movment is now completely made "in house" I guess because they arent able to source the ebauches any more..interesting..Omega are fine time pieces.

Polished and refurbished my Watch on the fly! It looks like new, despite it being 10 years old. They were so nice. Great communication and they included a travel case for my watch all for $70.00. I was blown away.

Excellent Service, quick turn around and helpful staff. Prices are ok, repair and maintenance is fine and watches quality is what you expect from the top of the Swiss watch makers, APR57!

I've purchased a couple watches over the last year and a half, each experience being professional, courteous, and above all: satisfying.

For the past few years I had been awaiting to purchase my second Omega. My first was an Omega Seamaster 300m. Beautiful in every way, but the second had to be more unique and "Bond", but subtle.

The time pieces they make are timeless and beautifully crafted, but none have caught my eye as strongly as the new Limited Edition Omega Seamaster Spectre. Only 7,007 of these stunning watches are to be made and I knew immediately I had to have it.

My wife and I visited their store a bit over a week ago to look at one personally. The staff is what you would expect: professional, knowledgable and have a personal touch that makes such an occasion all the more memorable. David L., the gentleman who showed me the watch and explained its features really helped to make this special.

The only tense moment was finding out if the watch they had on hand, I assume their only, was already spoken for. Thankfully not and I am now the very proud owner of the "Spectre".

I'm a fan of the James Bond franchise, but even more so of Omega and its craftsmanship and history. The boutique here in NYC exceeds all expectations. For watch lovers, "Bond" fans or even the casual passerby I highly recommend you take a walk in and explore.

I wish upon wishes to own something out of this someday and should I get the chance this location will have my business for sure. The staff goes above and beyond; from the curious door men guarding the locations high end possessions to the friendly staff that are there to help you select the perfect watch for you.

I have worked a few marketing events here and have only seen top notch care, curtsey, and catering provided while they host these events. You a spending a good chunk of change for sure when you join the Apr57 watch owning group, but man do they make sure you know good it feels to be a part of great brand like theirs.

Should you find yourself in need of new high end watch I so very highly recommend this brand, location, and staff to help you pick out your next/best accessory.

Make sure to get with David Lee. Great customer service from him. Buy an Omega and disregard that watch shop directly across from their store. Those watches keep poor time anyway.

The service here is unlike anything I have experienced anywhere else. I purchased two Omegas here a few years ago and I still receive a warm welcome every time I walk in. Jazmin was my original salesperson, giving me tons of information every time I come looking at what is in store. She is passionate about watches and gives excellent customer service. They send reminders when your warranty is about to expire so that it can be brought in and diagnosed. Complementary cleanings as well. Lee is another salesperson that I have spoken to more than a few times, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I love the team at this boutique and the service they provide.

Absolutely impeccable and official branch of the storied Omega brand at APR Gallery, you'll be quickly greeted by a professional and well-trained staff. As a watch guy, I've got an issue paying several thousand dollars for a piece from someone who has never seen a Timegrapher before, or has no idea about the history of a brand. The pros here are well-informed, and just plain professionals. I took my Seamaster Professional here for a link adjustment, which was performed immediately and with the proper tools... he wouldn't take my money. Free of charge. Listen, it's only 20 or 25 bucks at most places, but the loyalty they create with such kindness speaks volumes about the APR57. My wife and I will be buying our anniversary pair here- Recommended spot for Omega nuts, and really anyone that wants to see an amazing watch collection!

Amazing gem of a place. They were able to do for me what the manufacturer of my watch could not! They replaced a dome piece on the watch face of a 50+yr old watch! Seriously! And, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Great place the buy a watch. They have a great selection and different varieties of name brand watches to choose from. The website is easy to navigate.

Other than replacing batteries, they sell nice watches at a descent price. Store was clean and the people in here were super nice. I'd definitely recommend them if you need your battery replaced or just looking to buy a watch. The store is within the 57th St Ground Floor New York. Highly recommend!

Again, these stores offer the best bargain and a great selection versus going to any department stores or even some of the company stores for that matter. The employees there were super helpful and sized my watch for me until I was happy with it. Always a pleasure to deal with people like them.

I always shop watches from there but this time was definitely the time that made me to go back when ever I get the chance to stop by. This guy was such helpful and friendly. My twin and I love buying watches but never had a retailer that would advice us with which color and brand we should go with but this guy was incredible knowledgeable with what he is talking about. I would say David this store is so thankful and lucky to have such a blessing and helpful guy working with them. He is truly the best example for this business of being successful.
