Don't use this site. They charged a cancellation fee if when I cancelled months in advance and this was not disclosed when I booked the reservation.

BEWARE! We did not get the hotel we booked, but an alternate chosen by Stay 123. Stay 123 did not provide a confirmation until after our trip. We were charged for the alternate even though we called and they did not have a booking. Stay 123 has been rude and slow to answer our complaint and has not refunded the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT USE STAY 123.

I booked with stay123.com for our stay at Cambria, last Dec. At that time the price was $69. a night there and through Choice Hotels website it was $139.. I called the hotel directly to make sure it was legit. They told me it was legit, but they could not match that price. So I booked it at stay123 and all was fine. I parked, i stayed - loved it --- and i had a great trip! saved a bundle..they have lots of hotels at all the cruiseports and airports too

Easy to use website and good customer service - you can believe it. I wouldn't waste my breath otherwise, but these ppl went out of their way to help me a in a last minute jam..I had a cruise out of Miami - I couldnt get a ride at 6am and I needed a place to park by the pier. I waited until the last minute and parking was becoming a problem. Stay123 got us a hotel for night before the same day,free parking at the hotel for the whole trip(length of my cruise)and it was closeby. No extra charge for parking and no hidden costs.They called me with confirmation and gave me peace of mind. I'll use them again and again. They also have hotels at airports.

Stay123.com has low rates for hotel and parking package and excellent service. Also offer hotels and car rentals at discounted rates.

Stay123.com has the best rates for park and sail package at Tampa cruiseport. We booked a hotel and parking package with stay123 for about the same price as long term cruiseport parking. We get to stay at the hotel a night before, parked our car and hotel provided us free shuttle to the crusieport. It was great experience. Totally hassle free.

Went on a cruise out of Charleston (SC). Planned to spend the night before in a hotel, but the hotels in the area were a little pricier than we expected (nothing reasonable for less tan $70 or so for a total dive), and parking at the cruise port was expensive, too (something like $125 for the week).



I had never heard of Stay123 before, but checked the BBB and decided to give it a shot. Ended up being a great deal: for $91 we got a room at the Sheraton, free parking for the week, and free shuttle service to and from the cruise port.



I saw some reviews saying that they had been booked into the wrong hotel - don't know if this was a user error or a true problem with the company, but I double-checked the reservation with Sheraton directly, and everything was good. If you have any hesitation, I'd recommend doing that.



I will definitely use the site in the future, and definitely recommend it. We saved at least 50% compared to booking a hotel through a travel site and then paying for parking separately.

OH Please....they're fantastic!!! reviewers should rather be leary of comments from people who knock something great that they haven't even tried. Its like little kids and veggies..how will u know you don't like it if you wont try it? They gave me a great service and I couldn't beat the price anywhere. I use them every year and double check the rate every year, because their rate is better than the hotel's supposedly "guaranteed lowest rate", they always come out less expensive, and I stand behind a great deal. I speak from experience that you bet on. Stay123 is great

We needed long term parking near Logan Airport. stay123 set me up with this package that gave me free parking in the hotel lot, and the hotel drove us to and picked us up from the airport. I spent the night when I flew back in. For me this was a new concept which I love. My car was safely tucked at the hotel when we returned, and a cosy room to crash in before I drove all the way home. The reps were really helpful when I decided to switch hotels after I booked because I needed more flexibility with the shuttle hours. There was no problem- no fees or penalties. We found the best deal for philadelphia airport parking at stay123.com, one night stay at sheraton hotel, free parking for 9 days and shuttle to and from the airport for less than the cost of airport parking, what a deal.

My dad asked me to look into this ... Mom & Dad are going on a 51st wedding anniversary cruise in January, driving down from NY. They were quoted about $25 bucks/day for parking the car in the "official" cruise lot ... $175. They got 3 quotes with Stay123 from $120-$140, ALL of which include a hotel stay, so they'll arrive a day earlier, unwind from the trip overnight in the hotel, Dad can use the hotel's gym, have the continental breakfast, and take the hotel's shuttle service back & forth - they spend less, get more ... it's a no-brainer.

I booked a park and fly package with stay123.com at JFK International Hotel. It was a wonderful experience. I came in a night before, stayed at the hotel, parked my car for a week and next day hotel shuttle brought us to the airport, and picked us up when we returned from our trip. I would highly recommend to all who lives few hours away from the airport to book this package instead of worrying about the long term parking and last minute hassle. Stay123.com was great, they have good rates and service was good too.
