Every step of the process of installing new triple-pane windows has been pleasant and on schedule. All workers - from salesman, measure technician and installers - have been professional and friendly. Windows were custom ordered and delivered/installed ahead of scheduled date. Work was completed in a timely manner and work areas were left clean with no debris left behind.

After installation outside noise has decreased noticeably and insulation levels have been markedly improved.

I wanted to let everyone know just how pleased I am with my new windows! I had my windows replaced 10 years ago by another large window company and they just didn't hold up. I had broken seals, windows that I couldn't lock and some I couldn't even open!

My new windows have made my condo so much warmer this winter. It is also so quiet now because of the triple pane window construction. Anyone that is considering using Pure Energy to do their windows will be very pleased! Thank you Pure Energy your windows really made a difference!

Putting in windows in below freezing temperatures may not seem ideal, but it was necessary and it went just perfect!



It took the men only four hours and wasn't unpleasant at all. My new windows are just wonderful! No more breeze coming through my windows. Every window is still warm to the touch. It was a professional job well done!!

Pure Energy installed 12 new windows and 1 beautiful bay window into my home back in 2015. Before my new windows were installed, ice would form on the inside of almost every window in my home. With my new windows not only is my gas bill lower but the ice is gone. I am so happy with my decision to hire Pure Energy to install new windows into my home.

On New Year's Eve (2015) my furnace went out. I had family visiting from out of state. I have a gas fireplace and between that and my new windows I was able to wait four days until Monday 1/4/16 before calling my heating company to come out. Those four days my 4 bedroom (2300sq ft) house stayed warm. The fireplace gave us heat and the new windows didn't let that heat escape. I thank you Pure Energy Windows.

I had a new 9' doorwall installed into my home in Kentwood, MI. I so pleased with how much nicer my living room feels. Before the new doorwall was installed I couldn't even sit in the living room without wearing a sweatshirt and slipper. Now it is comfortable that I can wear a t-shirt even on these cold January days. AWESOME windows and workmanship. Done in a day. Quieter windows. Warmer in our home for sure. We keep the heat around 63 day and night. Forget the drafts of previous cold days n nights.

I had new windows installed by Pure Energy in my living room, kitchen, and bedrooms back in 2015. The windows came in on schedule and they quickly called me to install them.



The men who installed the windows were very friendly and they even vacuumed the carpet when they were done! They cleaned up all the scraps outside too. I am so pleased with how the job went.



I also might mention that the owner Adrian Beaver took time to really explain everything about the windows and make me comfortable. He was nice and very thorough.

We love our new Windows and how light and bright it now is. The installers made quick work of it and cleaned up at the end of the day. It feels like a new place and we have dry windowsills when we open the blinds on cold mornings.

We are Joe & Sue Graybill from Grandville, MI. When we bought a condominium in 2013, we realized new windows would be a necessity in the future. In the late spring of 2015 we had the opportunity to learn about the Pure Energy Company and their windows.



One of the things we especially liked was that this is a family owned, Michigan company. We were also immediately struck by the quality of the windows - the triple pane construction, the customization to meet our desires and the requirements of our association as well as the energy cost savings we could experience.



The windows became available at the time they were promised. The installation staff was knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner and did a thorough clean up job.



Right away, following installation, we noticed a significant change in the outside noise level from before installation - we don't notice the train anymore! The windows are easy to remove for cleaning. We've been very impressed in the huge difference in the amount of heat pouring into our home compared to the old door wall and windows.



We did experience a couple of minor problems that needed attention. We had been given the name and phone number of the Service Manager, Joe. When we called, he was polite and very respectful and didn't question our need for service. He sent someone out right away to fix the issues.



All in all we are very impressed with the Pure Energy Company - the entire staff, the quality of the products and the service. We highly recommend Pure Energy to anyone looking for new windows.
