Great service, attentive staff, excellent care.

Excellent customer service

The technician was very personable, professional, and pleasant. The appointment was an excellent start for my day on June 28th.

Staff at the check in counter were nice and helpful. The person that did the mammography was nice too and gentle.

My tech was great! She explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was fine at every step. It was one of my best mammogram experiences! Thank you!

The Women at the front desk , the African American the older lady who has been there forever is so rude and noisy.Also she has a smart mouth. Everyone else is so nice and pleasant.

I very appreciate the care given to me during my procedure. As we all know, this process is not the most comfortable but my technician was as gentle as she could possibly be and also aided me when the “hot flashes” came out! The makeshift fan helped tremendously! Thank you again! ????

The female soldier that served me was excellent. I did not get her name. She was very good in performing my mammogram and using the mammogram machine. Great job soldier.

Friendly staff at checkin. Technician was very helpful explaining procedures. All staff was very caring and considerate. It was very easy to make the appointment.

I was called back to the mammography room a few minutes before my scheduled appointment so they were very prompt. The radiology technician was very pleasant and polite. She also recommended that I call the radiology department next week to get a disc of my mammograms to take for our upcoming move out of state, which I didn’t think about doing. I appreciated her advice. All in all, a pleasant experience today!

The only issue was my appt time was correct with thryv but not the rest of the system. My rescheduled date was correct, the time was not. They had the old scheduled time with the new date, so although I had checked in 30 minutes early, I was not called back till 15 mins after my appt, and all the other appts that were after mine.
