The service technician was polite, answered my questions, and used his green booties. The company called about 30 minutes before the technichinan arrived.We have used Williams Comfort Air for many years and the always do a great job. The have installed our new furnace and tankless water heater. They do yearly service on our AC unit and our furnace.

We received excellent same day service for our boiler problem. The technician was very professional and fixed the problem as well as offered several options to consider in the future.

I have used Williams Comfort Air for over 8 years. The spring after I bought my house I had a new air conditioner installed. The whole experience was easy, affordable and the technicians were professional. Now, I am looking to have a new boiler installed and the Customer Consultant and the technician were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. I know that having the boiler installed by Williams Comfort Air will be another pleasant experience and that I can depend on many years of solid service.

I am so glad I chose William's Comfort Air to replace my ancient, unsafe furnace with their Infinity heating and cooling system. I have never felt uncomfortable having them in my home. Their technical staff really understands my Infinity system and has spent as much time as I needed to understand it too. I have had it for three years now and they have come out every six months to maintain its functions. I never have to worry and that is nice.

I find the techs very friendly and knowledgeable. When an issue is found they clearly explain the pros and cons of potential repair and the costs involved.

We purchased a heating and cooling system about 7 months ago we had it go out right before Thanksgiving and they sent a tech out and it was fixed the next day. Very nice and friendly staff and tech. very pleased with the service

Professional and great service. Had an issue with my water heater they came out same day (right before holiday) and gave me estimate as well as gave me a thorough house inspection.

My family and I purchased a new Trane AC system last summer from Williams Comfort Air (for over $5,000). Within one year it failed, and WCA initially sent out a technician, diagnosed a premature coil failure, and since that time has been evasive about fixing the unit, lying multiple times about when the supposed part would come in, or ignoring my and my wife's calls multiple times (telling us to stop contacting them when we have called), or lying about the timeline for fixing the unit to most likely pacify us. It seems as though once this company has your money, they do not want to be bothered. I do not feel as though waiting almost 3 weeks without AC is a reasonable expectation in the middle of the summer, after paying them $5,000 less than a year ago for a new system. They blame the manufacturer of the part, though upon contact of the manufacturer, I was told this was not the case. We have 2 toddlers, and while clearly there are many more terrible things in the world to be exposed to than the rigors of an Indiana summer without AC, we did not figure that spending $5,000 would net us no support, evasive customer service, and lies. This, unfortunately, is reminiscent of my wife's initial dealing with them, as they attempted to tack on an additional set of imaginary taxes when the bill was presented to us last summer (my wife insisted to speak to the CEO, he never returned her messages, and ultimately we refused to pay the supposed taxes, and they 'magically' disappeared from the bill, which we paid in full at that time). Williams Comfort Air clearly continues to let us down, and we would choose to not ever do business with them, and now openly warn others about them, and feel as though we have simply paid thousands of dollars to be abused by a very cynical, manipulative, and unethical set of business philosophies employed by this company. Of note, regarding their supposed one year unconditional guarantee, my wife attempted to activate this (to have the equipment removed so we can have another more reputable company sell a new system), and was told she could not do so. Williams Comfort Air has been a deceptive operation in all their business interactions with us, and we feel truly shaken by the degree to which we feel taken and unable to assess who in this business is reputable and safe to spend thousands of dollars with.

Williams Comfort Air is a complete ripoff! Heat stopped working and a tech came out, immediately diagnosed as a dirty filter. I admit that was my fault because I hadn't changed it in awhile, but he didn't check anything else to be sure. A week later the heat stopped working again so the same tech came out and diagnosed it as a bad gas valve. He quoted a price of around $800 to get it repaired. but then tried to upsell me on the maintenance plan that would be around $900. Of course then he tried to scare me into thinking I should just replace the whole furnace. I talked to a family friend in the heating business and then a coworker who recommended Koehring and Sons. They were able to replace the gas valve for <$250. WCA even tried to charge me an extra $99 for the part because they don't stock it, when Koehring had it on hand no problem. I was charged for both service calls, even though, in my opinion, not enough work was done the first time to warrant the fee. The only good thing about WCA is that they have evening and weekend hours, however they often show up way later than they tell you. Please don't use them unless you want your money stolen from you!!

Williams Comfort is one of the most generous companies that I know. I had a friend who was out of work for a year with a severe brain tumor. His family was being dropped by their insurance and was in a very bad place. In the middle of the crisis when the weather was over 100 their air conditioning went out. The family of 4 was already in financial need due to his medical condition and didn’t have the money to get the system fixed. I contacted Williams Comfort and explained the situation. They immediately sprang into action and had several technicians and specialists at their house that same day. Out of the kindness of their hearts and their desire to serve the community, they completely fixed the unit free of charge. I have never seen a local company with such a large heart, and I recommend everyone I know to use both Williams Comfort and Mr. Plumber. They are a trustworthy company who will work with you to solve your problem instead of just trying to make the sale. I want to personally thank Joe Huck, President of Williams, for his kindness and generosity! I am a customer for life, and you should be too.

Good technicians. Let them diagnose a problem but labor and parts are excessive!!! Example is a 15uf run capacitor they charge $199 and you can buy on line for $8.71 and a Honeywell filter they charge $50 and you can buy at Lowes for $29.95 . A honeywell UV germicidal light bulb is $369 and you can buy on line for $16.44--how hard is it to plug in a new light bulb!!!

We hired them last year to replace a furnace and air conditioner. We were pleased with their service. Today they returned to inspect the furnace. They are polite, professional, and friendly. I am very happy with their service.

I have had the maintenance agreement with Williams Comfort Air for several years. I had them install the humidifier. Every technician has been highly skilled and good at answering my questions. I've never had to wait for them to show on time. Sometimes they even call to ask if they can arrive sooner. They are great.

Very courteous and responsive customer service; technicians are highly skilled, efficient and professional. Williams has provided our HVAC service for more than 10 years and we've never been disappointed.

Williams Comfort Air staff has been very professional and responsive to my needs. When I had a part break on the hottest day of the year, they quickly responded despite being very busy. Their winter maintenance visit was quick and painless and they improved the mounting on my humidifier (installed by another company).
