Can't really rate this service cause the serviceman didn't do anything but charged me $120. Came out and looked and said they don't make parts for my dryer that I paid $1,000 for in 2008. So basically a perfectly running dryer is considered useless cause the "on/off" button doesn't work. I would've hoped that inventory could be checked at the time of scheduling and if parts are not available then a serviceman would not be scheduled at that time.
