Had a "Holiday Emergency". Less than 2 weeks before Christmas and my machine becomes un-usable. Knee deep in projects and ran in and told them the problem, and my time situation, and had my machine back to me in less than 3 hours! Will go back for all my machine issues and would refer them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing! I was in need of a sewing machine repair place, called a few, prices were much higher and not warrantied, Awesome customer service, super fast! Provided explanations and answered all of my questions! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again for your help!

I purchased an industrial sewing machine on craigslist. Johnson's Sewing Center has continually helped me keep it up and running and supplied me with any parts I have needed. Vern is very knowledgeable and his staff is very helpful. I always feel welcome in their little shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

You won't find a better price or friendlier service than this place has to offer! I was having some problems with my brother machine so I brought it in for service and repair and was shocked when I used it again for the first time and it worked better than it ever had before! The price they quoted me was the price I paid and the day I picked it up was the same day they had promised it to me by. I'll definitely be going back here for any future sewing machine needs!

My sewing machine needed serviced - it's difficult to know who does a good job. I took it to Johnson's Sewing Center - what a great job! My machine runs as if it were brand new, yet is 25+ years old. Also, they are very friendly and helpful. Thank you again!

I've had over 40years of dealing with sewing machine businesses and most were OK. In 2007 I had the opportunity to purchase a six needle embroidery machine so I wanted a great working machine at a great price. I went to different sewing businesses but I left feeling frustrated by them really not wanting to show me the machine, not willing to come down on price!Then I went to Johnson's Sewing .Vern was so willing to take time to show me the PRO600, let me embroidery on it and then Tersera was so willing to work out a price. Ah that is what I was looking for old fashion, friendly , honest people. If you want real the best service at a honest price and to really feel like you as the customer means something.. Don't go any further but Johnson's sewing. Vern and Tersera are the BEST duo!

I found Johnsons on dexknows.com, read the reviews that were posted and decided to have them fix my Bernina. They were very nice, super fast, two days, and my machine works as good as new! They were very helpful with questions I had and would use them again! Love to use local folks that know their business. 5Stars!!!!

Rude and not helpful. No selection and would not help after I did buy a machine another dealer had to show me how to use it. I would not recomend them at all

I have used Johnson's Sewing Center for all of my sewing machine repairs. Excellent service was received. I also bought my Brother Embrodiery Machine from them when I upgraded, and have been extremely happy with it. They are very pleasent to work with, and have been extremely helpful when ever I have called them with questions. I would highly recommend them to everyone for their sewing machine needs. I have tried other companies, and have never received the kind of service that I receive from Johnson's.

Easy to find location. Dropped my Necchi machine off to be repaired and was told it would be ready in a few days, sooner than I was expecting. Nice, friendly people. Will do business with in the future. Would recommend to others for service and repair on their sewing machines. Thank you for a great experience.

My mom recommended Johnson's sewing center to me and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received there. To me customer service is what makes or breaks a company, and the service at Johnson's is top notch! My first contact with them was when I lived across country and I called in and got all sorts of help when I was shopping around for my sewing machine and serger. Even though they knew they wouldn't get the sale (the companies don't allow across-state sales) they were so helpful and patient and VERY knowledgeable. I still live out of state but took my machine with me when I went through the area. I took it to Johnson's for repair and they had it done in just a few hours so I could take it with me to sew while on vacation. My mom, two sisters, sister-in-law and I all shop there and couldn't be more pleased. Teresa and Vern are so helpful and are willing to help you learn how to use your machine - so wonderful! You'll be so glad you went to Johnson's Sewing Center!!

What a pleasant experience. We had a 45-year old Viking sewing machine that hadn't been used in about 4 years. The people on the phone and in the shop were pleasant and the service was unsurpassed. Thank you.

Two days before Christmas (2010) I was in the middle of embroiderying 12 Christmas stockings to hang by the chimney with care and my embroidery machine quit working with 8 more stockings to complete. I called to see if there was a chance that Vern could look at my machine and he asked if I could bring it in and he would look at it while I waited. Not only did he look at it but he FIXED it in an hour. That hour happened to be during his lunch hour. Vern and Teresa are extremely pleasant people to work with and they are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced and make you glad you chose them to ask for help. I would recommend their shop and service to anyone looking for a machine or needing repair and/or maintenance on a sewing machine. Thanks for your great service. By the way, I did get the Christmas project done by Christmas morning.

Johnson's Sewing Center is by far the absolute BEST! I first took my old Singer machine in that had been messed up by someone else, Vern worked tirelessly trying to fix it, he called me and said that he just couldn't fix it, that the damage done by the other repair person was just too extensive, he worked on it for 3 hours trying to fix it! I then bought a used machine from a private party, it had a sticker on the side that Johnson's Sewing Center, was the last one to service it. I have continued with that service. I bought an "on consignment" used embroidery machine. I had problem after problem with it. Theresa, offered me an upgraded model that they had a no extra cost. Before they would let me take it, Vern went through it to make sure all the adjustments were correct. Then I had lessons on how to use it. They have always answered any questions I had and are always happy to see your projects. I would HIGHLY recommend Johnson's to anyone and everyone! They are the BEST!

I got a recomendation from a dear friend that Teresa had some great deals on embroidery machines and that she was wonderful to work with too. Mostly that she was a very sweet lady and she thoroughly enjoyed every minute with her. So I caled her and she gave me a fabulous price and I am thrilled with my machine!! Teresa said I could call her anytime at the store to get advice or help with my machine. I would highly recomend Johnson Sewing.

I bought a machine for my daughter at a second hand store and wan't sure if it was worth "fixing" up (it was missing a piece). I took the machine to them and am so glad i did!!! They were very friendly, and took the time to walk through the machine with me and offer honest advice. Their prices are very reasonable. I found a good machine and a GREAT sewing center for any future needs for my, or my daughters machine.I have also already referred them to my neighbor and my mom. I won't take my machine anywhere else from no on!
