I'm an office manager at a law office in Seattle. We are very fast paced here and have lots of solo practitioners in house. Fox was able to work quietly and efficiently at replacing our downstairs toilet without disrupting our tenants and clients. Our service technician was very informative and helped us choose the best option for our plumbing needs. It has been a couple weeks since our replacement and are very pleased with our new and improved bathroom fixture.

In addition to doing good, timely work, these guys are ethical. When their equipment broke down during repair and they had to do the work manually, they didn't charge by the hour! Way to go.

Adrian and John worked with my schedule and did the job quickly, professionally and at a fair price. I never knew these guys when I hired them but I would hire them back in a heartbeat.

The work was fine and they made a follow up call the next day. I should of checked around a little more because these guys are expensive. $160.00 bucks an hour, and the service call is $95.00. Check around, I think there are plumbers just as good, but much cheaper.

Marcus from Fox plumbing was extremely competent and very courteous. He was careful while working on my newly refinished tub. He solved the problem and left everything spick and span.

I've used this company several times for both my home and my elderly mother's. They show up when they say they will, give me honest opinons and decent deals.

The plumbers are courteous and professional.

Arrived when said he would. Cost (of course) was a little steep, but did the unclog job in a matter of minutes and did it correctly. Was very friendly and competent.

We had used Fox Plumbing last year for a major water line clog and we were sufficiently satisfied that we called them again for a water spot in our basement ceiling. Adrian Clement came on Friday, quickly diagnosed the problem and returned early Monday morning to make the repair. He was efficient, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. We are happy to recommend Fox Plumbing and will call them again if the occasion arises, which of course we hope it won't.

We are slowly but surely remodeling the basement. Needed to replace the waterheater and relocate it to the furnace room. Called Fox since they previously did an excellent job on plumbing work on our kitchen remodel. As before, they did an excellent job on the primary work order and did a little more in taking out an old, abandoned iron water pipe. Mike and Adrian were, and are, top notch. We have more plumbing work to do and I'm sure Fox will be here to do it.

Mike with Fox Plumbing came out yesterday to install a waterheater. He was knowledgable, helpful and pleasant. When the work was finished the site and installation were clean and neat. Very professionally done. I will happily work with them again in the future.

Fox is great to work with and respond quickly even after hours. We had a situation that happened late one Saturday night and they sent Marcus right over who quickly got everything squared away until Monday. First thing Monday AM Mike Blake came by and got everything fixed! I have used Fox before and would recommend them to any of my friends.

Having a problem with your toilet gets your attention and you want to solve it asap. I called Fox, who I had used on other plumbing issues with great success, spoke to their courteous and organized dispatcher. I was surprised and pleased that they could send a service tech out the afternoon of my call. Jesse came out and quickly identified the problem...one of needing 2 new toilets. My wife explained what style we wanted and was told it would take 4 weeks to get it. Jesse explained some options, made some phone calls and found what we wanted that afternoon. He drove to the vender's warehouse, picked up the product, and installed them all in the same afternoon. No mess, no fuss, a professional job.

Even at the end of a long afternoon he made a plumbing inspection of our home and we found another little project for him to do. Jesse made it easy to choose Fox as our plumber.

I used Fox two years ago to do a re-pipe. I was so impressed with their skill & work ethic that I called them again. With respect to the re-pipe Jose is an extraordinary worker. This current problem was a washer that wasn't draining properly. Mike came out and found the sewer pipe was clogged with roots. To expedite the work he called in David. They had to trench about 30 ft. to get at the old sewer pipe. Upon removing it, we found it was packed with roots. Mike & Dave replace the pipe & a broken clean-out. They worked continuously & in this heat, no easy matter. I've used other plumbing companies in the past but they don't compare to Fox employees' skill & honesty. I don't bother with any other company, I call Fox.

We discovered our 22 year old water heater finally decided to emphatically retire this morning, by leaking water on the basement floor. So, who did we call? Fox Plumbing, of course!



I first spoke with Michelle, who was very friendly, sympathetic to our plight, answered my questions professionally, and explained the available options. She also provided us with a 10:00 AM appointment, for today!



Jesse Ackerson, Service Technician Extraordinaire, arrived 10 minutes early! Jesse, too, was friendly, professional, skilled, efficient and thorough with all that he did for us. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. He did a phenomenal job!



Michelle and Jesse are excellent representatives for your company. Hang onto them, so they can continue to impress other customers!

I'm very happy with the work they did for me; I like that they're hourly instead of that by the job nonsense, and they got a nice variety of stuff done for me. Frankly, the plumber I had (Mike) solved problems that previous plumbers couldn't resolve properly. :D Thanks ever so much to Fox, I'll definitely use this company again!!

My experience with Fox Plumbing has been great. Marcus and Adrian did a thorough job fixing the problem and providing great customer service. They called ahead, paid attention to detail and made sure the worksite was clean when they left. I’ll use Fox again without hesitation.

Each time we have required a plumber to fix a problem we have called Fox Plumbing. They are very dependable and they clean up after themselves.

Dealing with a nasty clog that was stubborn as all get-out. Marcus did a superb job of trying to snake out the problem before attempting a jet cleaning. What he discovered was a situation that could've gotten worse, more messy and certainly more expensive. The whole time, though, Marcus was curteous, upfront and reassuring. He had to come back a second day, this time with Jesse. Both guys put in a great amount of work, got the drain unclogged and recommended the best course of action to my landlord. Above, beyond and all done with a sense of grace and humor. Definitely went a long way toward making a potentially horrible situation manageable. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

First time with Fox. Excellent response time, thoroughly professional plumber, Marcus M. who did exactly what was needed followed by a thorough inspection of the entire plumbing connections associated with the repair. Will use Fox and Marcus again and have already recommended Fox to my neighbor.
