Boy did they get out here fast. They showed us right where the problem was. We looked at the cost of the repair as compared the the cost of a new unit. The energy savings made the decision for us. Air Masters was professional, on time, and neat with our new air conditioner. Wow. Angelo V

We needed a new ac system and we knew it. I have to admit, these guys have done right by me and my family, and for an A/C service company in Tampa, that's rare, really really rare. They installed it when they said, at the price they said, and didn't leave until it was working 100%. They were fair about the warranty, the extended warranty, follow-up service and their people are fair and professional. Again, if you want to get treated properly by an A/C company, on who will go the extra mile, choose these guys. Otherwise, roll the dice, especially in the Tampa area.

I noticed my AC not working at midnight on a Saturday. I called numerous businesses with no luck. I was able to get a hold of these guys, they came out within an hour, did a check on all systems and found the problem. My AC was cranking and I was sleeping in comfort within a couple hours of me calling them!

I'm new to the area and I needed my air-conditioning looked at because the unit was blowing hot air. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of customer service during my call to the company. I was even more impressed by the prompt and courteous service the technician provided while working on the air-conditioning unit. I would recommend Airmasters of Tampa Bay to friends and family and in the future would call on them for any unexpected concerns I have with my air-conditioning.

My friend Joy used this company for installation of her new system. Since they were so highly recommended, I had Air Masters install a new Trane air conditioner and gas furnace at my house. I can't thank Air Masters enough for a job well done when Rey and Chris installed my new 3 ton Trane A/C and gas heater. The city inspector passed the install with flying colors and said he had rarely if ever found problems with an Air Masters installation. Matt Larson convinced me Air Masters was the best company to deal with. Of the three vendors I interviewed, he was the only one to provide a load test and calculated that I needed a 3 ton unit instead of the 2 1/2 ton I was seeking. He was right. No horror stories to report here, not even the slightest disappointment in salesmanship or service. The first month my A/C bill went down 20%. This was the first time I bought an A/C and heating unit and I wanted to get it right. Thanks to Matt, Rey and Chris, I did.

I had the greatest experience with the crew that came over to change the entire a/c unit in our house. Carlos, Zack, and Raul were very meticulous in their work. Carlos was very informative on what he was doing and why he was doing certain things. The unit has a very professional installation and looks much less cluttered than what it did before. This company should feel very good about what it does. Im glad I let Air Masters into my home. They will be taking care of my a/c from today on.

I recently asked Air Masters to replace all my ducts along with both the inside and outside units. Their level of commitment to the customer is impeccable and extends from the support people on the phone all the way through the service and installation staff. In addition to outstanding customer service, the service/installation staff obviously knew what they were doing. They made a very tough job look easy while I'm sure it was not. The job took three days to complete from start to finish and each day my home was treated with respect; cleaning up as they worked and reasonable stopping points were achieved before leaving for the day. Before choosing which company to hire for this job, I spent a great deal of time researching how to hire the right company and time and time again I read that it isn't only about what hardware you choose but how it is installed. Even the best equipment, if installed incorrectly, will not perform at its best. My home is colder than it ever has been! The bottom line here is that they know how to treat their customer, they know what they are doing and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family without hesitation.



By the way, Air Maters not only replaced the ducts and the inside and outside units, but all refrigerant lines, power lines, inside grills & wall unit as well. Their pricing was very good and they offered more services than their competitors. Also, when choosing a company, look how long these guys have been in business...since 1983. Additionally, they have an A+ rating with the BBB.



No doubt an excellent decision to hire these guys!

We bought a new AC (Trane, variable speed fan, UV light) from AirMasters and asked them to replace the old (accessible) duct work as well. We finalized the contract late in the day on a Wednesday, and they were able to get the work completed on Friday. We appreciated their efforts to get the new system in place before the weekend. I would characterize this company by saying they put the customer first and make sure that customer is happy, They were very knowledgable and accommodating, and I would definitely recommend them.

When my unit broke down my friend recommended Air Masters to come out and take a look. Their serviceman was very knowledgable and quickly figured out that my coil was leaking. He explained all of my options and they put in a new Trane for me the very next day. I am very pleased with the service and I love my new unit. Wish I had done it sooner.

Last Thursday, Air Masters sent the technician Juan for our semiannual maintenance visit. We were very impressed by Juan and the excellent service he provided. Juan is very knowledgable and is the only technician (from at least 3 companies) in over 7 years to realize that my emergency heat option was wired incorrectly. Air Masters should be proud to have a great serviceman like Juan representing their company.

I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for Air Masters prompt and professional service. I had an ongoing issue with my air-conditioning unit and within 24 hours they were out to my house to diagnose and resolve the issue. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking to have their air-conditioning unit serviced or replaced.

I had a technician come out to my house to evaluate how best to install a central heating/air unit. Since my home was not built to accommodate a standard unit I was not sure if this could be done.He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The unit was installed and when the occasion arose to call with an operating question I was given the up most courtesy. Not being experienced in the operation of the unit I was sure my questions would sound silly to someone else. The young lady I talked to was very patient and helped me with learning the operation of the thermostat. Ms Rivera assured me that no question was silly and if I had any questions to please give her a call. I have and will continue to recommend this company and their staff.

When I had my heating and air unit put in I found that the techs were efficiant and knew their product. I needed to call with a few questions and found that customer service was quick to recognize my questions and responded in a professional manner.



When it came time for service I was pleased with the quickness of the dispatcher to get someone out to help me. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a unit installed or serviced.

Air Masters of Tampa Bay are truly a breath of fresh air! I deal with many companies, and time and time again am disappointed, having to pay for and put up with less than acceptable results. Not so with Air Masters of Tampa Bay!! I could not be happier with their service. I am especially appreciative of technician Brandon Page, who is very professional and competent!! Operations Manager, Phillip Gonzalez, was truly concerned and helpful. I will continue using and recommending Air Masters! I just had to write this!

I contacted Air Masters of Tampa Bay, among other companies, for an estimate to replace an old, inefficient, undersized unit and damaged duct work that cost a fortune to run but was not cooling my house. Their estimate was in line with the others but the reason I selected Air Masters was the company’s willingness to work with my other problem of having a construction company replace a leaking roof simultaneously. I thought the coordination of Air Masters and World Class Roofing would be a monumental undertaking but there was never a problem. The a/c workmen and supervisor were professional and finished the project in the projected timeframe and left my property in excellent condition. In addition to having a quality, highly efficient unit, I received Progress Energy and Trane rebates along with tax credits as promised. I watched my electric bill drop from $280.00 to $102.00 for the same month as the previous year. Everything that I was told by Air Masters was truthful. I found the entire team, beginning with my initial contact with John DeYoung through the project completion with Kevin Hodges, easy to work with. When I realized that the standard thermostat was not working with my erratic schedule, Kevin changed my weekly/weekend thermostat to a daily programmable unit. This was important issue to me and the company understood completely.



I highly recommend Air Masters and have to others. Every cent I spent was worth it and my electric bills prove it!

I found Air Masters on the yellow pages and even thou I read a negative review about the company, I decided to use them because of a coupon I got for maintenance. My husband was on the edge when they showed up and he wanted to make sure we got good service. He followed the poor guy everywhere he went :-). The guy that came over was very professional and helpful explaining everything and took his time doing the maintenance. We are very happy with the service we got.
