Owner responded to my call immediately, and quickly provided several options to solve my problem as quickly as possible. Of note is the fact that he suggested the least expensive option he presented rather than the more expensive one that could have been the only one offered to me. I will definitely consider using AAA again.

AAA came on time and did a quick, professional job hanging gutters on my 3-story house. The installers realized that gutters for two smaller rubber roofs would not function properly if hung conventionally. Fran Maple came to the site, analyzed the problem, and devised a solution that was successfully installed the next day.

Very professional, dependable, reliable company. Always on time, and immediate response to all your concerns. They install all my gutters and it looks beautiful and works perfect.

My wife and I have been arranging appointments with installers of rain gutters. Fran Maple, the owner of AAA Window & Gutter Corp., has been visiting us as the second representative in the line-up of companies. We have been inspecting the site with him and discussing a few of our ideas and concerns.



Immediately, he could outline an aesthetic and yet robust solutions to the difficult routing of two down spouts. Also, he did suggest a less cumbersome and less costly solution for the potentially heavy water run off, due to roof valleys. Furthermore, we did appreciate him explaining to us the advantages and necessity of drip-edges, depending on our final selection of gutters.



Fran has been taking accurate measurements. Then, me being an engineer, he did take himself time to go over our list of questions about the Leaf-X gutter system, before talking pricing and terms. Fran's experience of more than 10 years in his trade, combined with the educational background in architecture, allows him to answer these questions with ease. For example, he has been making correct calculations and accurate sketches of the system, when bearing a heavy icy load.



My wife and I did conclude, based on the facts, that the Leaf-X system is at least equally as good as similar one-piece rain gutter solution from a competitor. No matter the system, if it would get damaged severly by accident in the future, it would have to be replaced anyhow. Hence, we were ready for discussing price and terms.



Fran did give us the pricing and worked with us on a possible time slot for installation. Having had quite some rainfall this year and realizing that the water was collecting in front of the cellar door in the car port, my wife and I have been making it the highest priority of getting gutters installed. However, we were concerned that the nearest time slot available would be too tight to install the gutters completely and accurately from a layman's perspective.



Fran did assure us that his experienced crew has been working for him for a long time. They would be able to install the full system flawlessly. Taking him by his word, he did agree without hesitation to our request of adding the term in our agreement, that the job will be done accurately and on time.



My wife and I did meet his crew on the day of the installation. His crew did arrive at our house on time. Both guys were very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. They did go right to town removing the remainder of the the old gutter system. It was a joy to see a well working team putting up the new gutters. Focusing on the task, they did install the new system precisely and neatly. His workers did keep the job site clean and removed bits and pieces of the old gutter system. The new rain gutter system looks elegant and enhances the looks of the house. Most of all, the system work like a charm, as we could witness the same day, when it started raining (again).



Concluding, truley impressive to us is Fran's clear, straightforward and professional style (no lengthy presentations; no sales man pitch). He did not even talk bad the systems of competitors. Thanks to him, my wife and I are educated now about the advantages and disadvantages of various options concerning rain gutters in general and Rain-X systems in particular. The ratio of performance versus costs is the highest with the system and services that Fran's company is offering (or plainer: you will get the most for your money!).



We are glad that Fran did bring the the experience and knowledge as an architect to the table. Moreover, it is a delight to see the craftsmanship of his crew. His business did live up to his promises and our expectations. We would hire his company again anytime and are confident that any maintenance of the rain gutters, if necessary, is in good hands with AAA Window & Gutter Corp., due to the sincerity of which Fran Maple is operating his business.

I got a few estimates from the local companies after we got our gutters destroyed by a storm. AAA was the second company I spoke to and I didn't need to get more quotes. He said he would come to my place and do a free estimate. Depending on the damage, he would give several options and if repair was feasible and affordable, we could go that route. In the end I decided to get a new system with the gutter covers. The work was done on time and the cleanup was completed. Fran, also threw in some window cleaning at no extra charge because I wasn't expecting a brand new system - perhaps it was just wishful thinking that my old one was salvagable. Nevertheless, I'm glad that I did it because my house definately needed the upgrade. It also saves me from having to call our gutter cleaner in the future. Can't argue with eliminating a reoccuring bill during this time

AAA Window and Gutters installed the gutters at our home. Since then Fran has been honoring everything we were told the first time he did the work. The work is great and our house look great with these gutters. Fran is always available and he is dedicated to his customers. Little details are not pushed aside, instead they are dealt with professionalism. We do not do any gutters maintenance.

I met Fran Maple at the Worcester Home Show and was in the market for a product that would minimize my need to climb the ladder to clean my gutters. I looked at several suppliers and selected AAA because of the professionalism they conveyed. When it cam time for the installation, the crew was here on time and completed the job...despite working in sub-freezing temperatures. They also followed up when I wanted a modification done to the original layout, and did it cheerfully, quickly, and for no additional cost.



I have now decided to have additional modifications done, and called Fran yet again. He was able to quickly access my original design on his computer, and provided excellent suggestions as to what course of action to pursue. I received a written quote in short order, and found it to be very reasonable. I fully epect them to complete the job well within the agreed-to time frame.



I have no vested interest in AAA; I'm simply providing input as to the situations that I experienced. My recommendation would be to give Mr. Maple & Company a shout if/when you need the kind of services that are available. If your experience is similar to mine, you'll be writing a favorable review asw well.

Fran was wonderful, he did the work on-time for the (reasonable) price qouted. Everything Looks Great!!

AAA Window & Gutter provided all of the gutters and downspouts for our home.

Due to some new construction on my home, I needed help getting some water and drainage issues resolved. I found AAA in the YellowPages.com and made the call. That evening, Fran Maple did a walkthrough of the property with me and provided some excellent advice as to how I should handle the situation. AAA is highly professional, responsive and accomodating. My first attempt with another gutter company was so disappointing both cosmetically and structurally that I had AAA redo the entire job. Thanks to AAA those unsightly hooks from the first job that were nailed directly into my roof tiles are gone. The nail holes in the roof were sealed and the new hooks fit neatly under the roof tiles. The placement of the downspouts are exactly where I wanted them, something I should never have assumed with the first job. Those first gutters stood out like sore thumb for other reasons too, including oversized downspouts with excessive elbows. AAA corrected all of those issues and I am happy to report that the new gutters are barely visible. I could not be happier.

My husband and myself met with the owner for our initial consultation, he was running late by 20 mins. and left us a message prior his arrival to let us know. we both felt very comfortable with his approach towards selling us a rain gutter sytem, we were provided with several different options and prices and did not feel pressured. He was proactive about different options to maintain a well functioning sytem...they were here on time to complete the work and seemed very maticulous about everything including their clean-up
