Great customer service, clean facility, competitive pricing! Love the added security features such as having a personal gate code that also acts as a security system on my individual unit. Would highly recommend!

I have been very pleased with SPS and so have friends that I referred to. They keep the place immaculate. Office is clean and people are very helpful. I have referred friends that actually have three units there !

Christie was most helpful in explaining their various options & the different size units available. And to make things easier they threw in a box truck for free! Made moving in my stuff so much more convenient, not unlike some companies who charge for “extras” or by the pound. Plus they have space for wine storage, RV’s & trailers too. So don’t just sit there gather it all up & head on down, grab the unit that’s just right for you & enjoy your extra space not to mention your new peace of mind. 🙏🏻

We have rented a unit from them on 2 separate occasions. Their customer service coupled with their kindness is what draws me back. It is so appreciated. I would recommend this facility 100%.

As privacy, cleanliness, security and safety are the characteristics I looked for when choosing a company to store all of my earthly belongings (from the sale of my house in the fall, 2019), Security Public Storage met all of my expectations and requirements. I have only utilized one other storage facility/company in my lifetime, which charged exorbitant fees just to access and review my own belongings. Plus, that former facility was over 30 miles from my home! Such a waste of my time and money. Security Public has extremely knowledgeable customer service representatives who assisted me every step of the way in securing the entire contents of my former home. I am grateful for the professionalism, humor and extensive comprehension of the staff in understanding my specific needs at the Napa location. I highly recommend this company & location!

this storage facility is very clean and quiet, after reviewing several options I decided upon this site as I felt confident my belongings would be safe, and I would feel comfortable returning in and out if needed at any hours. The staff are welcoming and extremely accommodating as well. I was late upon arriving and they even stayed overtime so I could check-in, very lovely ladies!!

Excellent customer service! Dana is a professional Manager, but also kind, caring and compassionate. The facility is well maintained, very safe, and clean, late gate hours. Best storage facility in the Napa Valley.

I'm very happy with this facility. The staff are always so kind. I tried to make my payment over the phone, however their computer was down. It was so easy to make an account online, and make my payment anytime I want on their website!

Great & convenient location. Staff is always so sweet and helpful. Also they even have a moving truck if needed.

I have been a customer of tis storage unit for over 10 years. I have had both dry and cold wine storage units. The whole facility has been always kept very clean. No trash found in the hallways or on the property. The onsite managers have always been helpful and friendly. the cold storage has always maintained the called for temperatures. This has been very important for my wine collection. Right from the very beginning, I was satisfied with my first impression and when I even looked at other facilities, they didn't compare.
