Suzanne and Dr. Stephens were both fabulous! I am always nervous to come to the dentist, but they made me feel very comfortable. My husband and I both love it here!

Dr. Stephens was so great to my child and let her know what he was doing through the entire process making a somewhat scary experience for our child better. Entire staff was great.

Great treatment I could tell she was really doing a good job she was moving my head as she scraped my teeth. Great conversation while she worked. It seemed like she had know me for years.

This office is amazing! The entire staff was super friendly and VERY patient with my daughter. I definitely recommend Dr. Autrey and his wonderful staff.

My experience for my first visit was great. The staff were very friendly and professional.

I love this office! The staff is always very accommodating and friendly! A lot of people dred going to the dentist, but the dentists, hygienists, and office staff put that dred to rest.

Great staff, and very professional! Love coming over here! These ladies are great at what they do and its crazy I dont mind them taking my money and enduring pain lol ! They do a wonderful job.

OMG!!!!!! Okay it's been at least 20 years since I've seen a dentist!!!! So i went ahead and made an appointment after seeing browning on my teeth!!! Well shoot dog is this isn't the nicest bunch of people ever!! They were so friendly and nice!!! I got a wonderful hygenist named Stacy and she was the best!!! I know she had her work cut out for her because like I said it's been 20 years if not more since i've seen a dentist!! She was very engaging, polite, and non judgemental!!! I met Dr. Stephens and he was super nice also!!! I very much recommend Nacogdoches Dental!!!!

I just wanted to say to anyone out there looking for a friendly,gentle, caring dentist this is the place! I am a very apprehensive dental patient and hate going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Stephens was the BEST! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone out there looking for a Dentist.

WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IS UN-HEARD OF.

I AM STILL FURIOUS AND SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST.

I CALLED SEVERAL DENTIST'S IN THE LUFKIN AREA TO ASK IF

THEY ACCEPTED MEDICAID.

I CALLED THIS OFFICE AND THE RECEPTIONIST OBVIOUSLY SAID YES,

AND WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION.

I LEFT MY COLLEGE LECTURE EARLY. I GOT MY DAUGTHER OUT OF SCHOOL EARLY,

AND DROVE ALMOST 30 MILES, ONE WAY TO GET THERE AT 3.30.

I LEFT MY SCHOOL AT 2PM.

THIS APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER.

UPON MY ARRIVAL AT THE OFFICE, I FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK AND WAS THEN INFORMED

THAT.....................

SO SORRY, OUR OFFICE IS NOT SET UP FOR THAT.



I TALKED TO THESE PEOPLE ON THREE SEPERATE OCCASIONS.

I FINALLY RETURNED HOME AT 4.45PM. ALMOST 3HRS AND 60 MILES LATER

DUE TO A LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART.
