They were very patient and worked hard to make the deal fair for us both. Not typical car salesman, nice honest upfront guys!

Provided by YP.comI bought a CX-7 from Corey Harville. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my questions and went over all the details of the paperwork and car with me. Everyone was very friendly from the sales department, finance department to the service department. I would highly recommend D. Dahle Mazda to anyone looking to buy a car.

Provided by YP.comPlease stay away from this dealer. I was very skeptical about all the bad reviews others have written on Yelp and Google+. After my visit, I cannot agree more with those reviews. The sales manager was so rude to us and the guy at the financial dept was using outdated information to do finance calculation. When we pointed that out, he disagreed with us until his manager showed up to tell him that he was using outdated info. Had the manager not correct him. we would have paid hundreds of dollars more than we were entitled to.
Also they promised that they would match benefits that other dealerships were offering--free oil change for life. Wrong, they later switched their promise that they would change oil only once, and after that it was the customer's responsibility to change engine oil.
We did not end up doing business with them and I am so glad that I did not sign the contract with them because if this is the way they treat their buyers, my experience will be very similar when I come back for maintenance.
Thanks to them, my entire day was ruined because they treated us so badly.
I repeat. Avoid this dealership at all cost, otherwise you will regret that you walked into this place after wasting your precious hours.

I bought a used truck from them and under recommendation of the finance manager and salesman, although I was hesitant to do so, purchased their after-market warranty specifically to cover any issues with the 4WD ($2,200 for a comprehensive 3 year warranty - so not an insignificant amount). I started having issues with the 4WD so I took it in to have it repaired. I was told that the warranty would not cover the issue as the specific part needing replaced was not listed and if I didnt like it to call the warranty company myself. I expressed my displeasure with the situation as I had purchased the warranty through the dealership and hoped they would fight for the me their customer. While the service rep was courteous, he never made any offer other than to fix the part for an additional $700. Poor poor customer service and a lack of integrity and honesty from the finance and sales departments. Will NEVER buy from this dealership again.

Provided by YP.comInitially, I was very impressed by D. Dahle because they offered to buy my brother's Miata. (He needs to sell it because he recently became unemployed.) I thought, "Finally! An honest dealership that genuinely wants to take care of their customers." My brother purchased the car there a few years ago and he has all his regular maintenance done by their mechanics. We went to pick up his car today after they completed a 30,000 mile checkup and my brother asked if they were still willing to buy his car. They were, BUT he would still have to pay $400 for the checkup.
This makes absolutely no sense to me. I figured they wouldn't mind covering the cost of the checkup because it was work they would have done anyway to get the car ready to be put on the lot. I asked the mechanic about this (and I appreciate his honesty here), and he told me that NO they wouldn't have done that work on the car. Wow. What does that tell you about the used vehicles they have for sale? They're not investing the money to sell buyers a quality product.
I am extremely let down by this whole experience. My brother forked over the $400 (money he needed for rent), and plans to sell the car on KSL. He'll probably get more money for the car and the buyer will actually get a vehicle that's better maintained than the pre-owned cars D. Dahle has on the lot.
My brother wasn't nearly as upset by this experience. He said, "Well, at the end of the day they're a business and need to make a profit." I suppose so, but my brother has been a loyal customer for years and it turns out they have absolutely no desire to take care of him, they just want to make increase their revenue. The $400 means nothing to business the size of D. Dahle, but it's more than my brother makes in a week. My opinion of car dealerships has never been terribly high, but today D. Dahle showed me just how low some places are willing to set the bar.

D. Dahle Mazda made my car buying experience enjoyable! The salespeople were great at listening to my family's needs and helped us stay within our budget! I will never go anywhere else. After looking at other dealerships and then coming to D. Dahle I realized that buying a car doesn't have to be a headache! Way to go D. Dahle Mazda! You are the best!
