Food is awesome!!! service is great! came in for lunch today host told us it was a 20 min wait got my husband and myself seated in 10 mins. Favorite dish was chicken and dumplins (better than my own grandmothers!!) my waitress was great as well she was very nice and was very willing to help us with anything. i will definately be back!

hostess was extremely rude and ignored customers. told there was a 10 minute wait (seated after 25 minutes). waitress told us to go ahead and fix our plates and she would come back for drink orders... got back to table and the hostess had seated another couple at our table. had to stand with plate of food for 10 minutes before they could seat us--again. food was bland..rolls had funny taste to them. would not recommend to anyone. will not be back!

i eat at farmers all the time they are supper, they have almost any kind of vegetables you can think of and always the best desserts its my family's favorite place to eat the servers and staff are always so nice its like eating over at family's house every time we love it!!!!

RUN!!!! anywhere else. 71 on their health score people OMG thats nasty and for a brand new restaurant!!!!!!!!!!! Need to learn something about home cooking too. Just because it's a collard green doesn't mean its home cooked and honestly how can you screw up mashed potatoes that bad. Noticed the health score and almost vomitted. I heard the owner YELLING at his staff and being very disrespectful. WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN

Farmer's Family Restaurant is a horrible place to eat. The "homecooked" food is terrible and tasteless. The restaurant was nasty...food and trash on the floor, food all over the bar, desserts were dry and old. I would not feed the food from this place to a gutter rat! I wouldn't have even given them one star if I didn't have to! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!

My husband & i tried Farmers Family restaurant, and it was wonderful. The food was really good and the service was great. I think everyone should eat at Farmers Family restaurant. Would I ever go back yes.

We tried Farmers tonight and were very disappointed, everything we tried was tasteless and cold. Our granddaughter didn't like there food either. We told our waitress who spoke to the owner and said it must be the cook they had tonight. We will never go back, I had to stop and feed my granddaughter on the way home.

If you leave Farmers hungry it's your own fault. They have chicken cooked four ways, fish cooked two ways and just a whole lot of gooood food. My wife and I went on a Friday at Noon it was busy but not crowded or noisy. They had people waiting but they were seated very quickly. I will be going back and bringing family and friends with me. If Farmer's can maintain this level of food and service then Murffreesboro has a winner!
