Mountain View Body Shop did a great job in fixing the car and topped it with great service. We were always kept in the loop on what was happening and how long it would take to fix it. When they said they would call back at 10:00 am - they did; and when they told us the car would be ready for pickup at 1:00 pm - the car was ready. No waiting, no fuss! - Highly recommend them !

Mountain View Body Shop has the best service and quality of work I have experienced for a body shop. They are A+ on all attributes (in order of what I consider important): Quality of Work, Timeliness, Customer Service, Professionalism

If you have Geico insurance and live in the South Bay, take your car here to get it fixed! My brand new car got keyed by some idiot who wasn't hugged enough as a child and Geico recommended Mountain View Body Shop as an all-in-one stop for me to get it fixed. The entire process was very easy and quick. You arrive and talk to your claims adjuster and they look at the damage and give you a quote. If you need to rent a car, enterprise is in the same building and the paperwork is also very quick. But what we all really care about if they can fix the problem and make it look like it never happened. The answer to that is YES. When I returned to pick up my car, it looked like it was brand new again. It only took a couple of days to fix and everyone there was very professional and kind. If I ever have to have any body work done again I am definitely coming back here. It's just very convenient to have everything under one roof and knowing that unless I am 100% happy, they will make everything right. 5/5.

Place did a great job on the car and even went above and beyond by straightening out some minor additional damage unrelated to the accident as best they could without increasing the cost of the estimate. Price for repairs were very reasonable, and outstanding customer service.

My mother recently came here to get her car fixed from an accident she was involved in with her 2004 Honda CRV. She was referred to this body shop through our insurance, Geico, and she was so glad she came here! The car was ready in a little less then 2 weeks and it looked almost brand new when we picked it up! They even detailed the inside and the outside was so shiny! Raul helped her and he was very professional and explained all the work that was done! They even took the rental car and returned it to Enteprise so we didn't have to make an extra stop!

I recently has body work done on my 2003 Acura MDX and was extremely satisfied with the customer service and workmanship at Mountain View Body Shop.



The manager Raul was excellent to work with, and gave me a very fair estimate for my repairs.



The repair work was done on time and on budget. I was amazed at the excellence of their work, absolutely no imperfections with perfectly matched paint. The quality was on par with a factory finish, and I was extremely satisfied.



I give Mountain View Body Shop 5 stars across the board, and they will be my go-to body shop if needed in the future.

This a GEICO referred shop. I made an appointment online, showed up on time, they greeted me when I pulled in and got all paper work ready. Their specialist investigated my car, I signed papers, they got an Enterprise rental car ready for me. The whole process took 15mins - very smooth, efficient and I was pleasantly impressed. During the repair, they kept me posted and found a couple other things not related to the case and offered a very reasonable price to fix them. I picked up my car (washed) and the process was very smooth and efficient also. They did a good job on my car. Overall I had a great experience and very happy with the shop.

Hope you never need them, but if you do get in an accident, this is the place to go to have your vehicle returned to new. You see, I have an unusual work schedule which doesn't coincide with normal work hours, Mt View Auto Body was very flexible in appeasing what would work for me. More so, I get there, and not only is Geico there, so is Enterprise, a one stop shop. Everyone there was helpful, from Shawn, Raul and the Enterprise Rep (I didn't get his name, because he was swift in his work), the team informed me of the whole process and got me in and out quickly. The repairs were done in less than 5 days and as efficient as they initially started the process, it was equally swift in closure. The work done is impeccable and they detailed my vehicle, she looks great! The team went out of their way to meet my needs, thus making this process swift and painless! I didn't miss a beat in my personal life! Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do, Mt View Autobody will always be my shop. I would like to add, besides the work I required due to the accident, I had requested other work to be done and they were able to fit it in at a great deal!!!

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT STUFF STOLEN FROM YOUR CAR!!

I went there on a referral from Geico and got a watch and my 300 dollar boots taken from my Trunk. They had pictures of my items being in the trunk upon drop off and they were gone upon pick up of my vehicle. The only explanation was we trust our thief employees. They then said we have signs up that say to keep valuables from your car so it was my fault for leaving them in my trunk. Sounds like a sign that gives them permission to steal your stuff and then flat out deny it. Camera photo proof wasn't proof enough. So to sum it up, go here and get your valuables STOLEN!!!

Had an accident before Thanksgiving *bummer* and my insurance company referred me to this SHOP which I had no prior experience. What a pleasant surprise and how lucky I am to work with such a good team. All the staff here were so courteous whenever I called for update especially "Raul" the manager!!. Because of a hard stop and I need my car by Wednesday, Raul gave me his personal promise that it will be ready. And guess what, I am writing this review on Wednesday night and I am extremely happy with their service. My car looks like BRAND NEW, no kidding!! This will be the GOTO body shop for me from now on to pimp my ride..however knock on wood** no more accident.

My car was rear-ended on San Francisco, while stopped at a stop sign. Since the rear bumper was damaged, I was concerned about a long delay. My car was dropped off on Tuesday and Robert thought it would be done before the weekend, provided the parts were available, which surprised me. On Thursday morning, Raul called to tell me the car was ready!



Very professional, high quality and efficient... A+ to Mountain View body shop staff!!!



GEICO service was also great. It was very convenient having the Insurance and car rental service at the body shop location.

I had a great experience here; my car was hit and Geico referred me here. They made the experience extremely easy and did a great job - my car looked great when I got it back and no problems.

I have definitely had my share of horrible auto body work, but I must say, it is definitely REFRESHING to find an auto body shop that strives for excellent customer service!

I've been coming to this body shop for the past few years and I have to say the service is great. The business is a family owned so you know the service is reliable and quick. I definitely approve of this body shop and the price is perfect as well!
