I was called 30 minutes before my appt window to be notified when my technician would arrive. He was very prompt and so friendly! He explained exactly what needed to happen and replaces my garbage disposal within 30 minutes, also fixing my electrical at the same time. Im so happy with the new one and was so thankful I chose Roto-Rooter for this service! I would use again in a heartbeat.

Derek (4349) showed up on time, handled the business in a professional mannor, and even borrowed me a couple tools I needed to fix my chain saw while he was working on the drain. I highly recommend his services, and will definitely call him again.

WOW! I called Roto-Rooter and John arrived at my door within 40 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and roto-rooted my drains back to great running order. I very much appreciated how he listened to my explanation of my drain's problems and clearly stated what his plan was and how much it would cost to remedy the situation. No surprises. They were prompt and professional. Only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they forgot to place the A/C hose back in the drain.

Took a little coordination to get scheduled with corporate & the satellite office, but when the technician Brandon showed up (in the window he said he would) he evaluated the issue, let me know what the options and costs were up front. He got to work and once everything was working as designed, he showed me and asked if there was anything else. Very helpful and courteous.

Between the time I called about a non functioning drain in my basement, and job completed was less than 2 hours. Wayne was very pleasant and helpful. Cleaned up nicely and did a great job! We had a backup in our laundry sink/kitchen line, and Dennis was very prompt and efficient in solving this for us! He thoroughly explained each step in the process, showed up within an hour of our call, and was very professional! We will certainly call if we encounter a problem in the future!

Water was not draining into our basement floor drain this morning. Called Roto-Rooter and a technician was in our basement working on the problem within an hour. Our service tech, Dennis #2588, was very nice and explained the problem and, maybe more importantly, what we can do to prevent it in the future! This is our second time calling Roto-Rooter and both experiences have been great. Thanks for all your help!

Austin was very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed our backed up drain quickly! We have used Roto-Rooter a couple of times now, and have been very happy with the service.

Excellent As Always, We have had them out to our house twice, and both times the quality and expertise is excellent. We first had them out to clean out the basement mainline which was really slow when we first moved in. Not only did they clean it out and get it flowing nice again, they used a snake camera to follow the line out to the city sewer we found out we have a sunken line in the front yard and may have more backup issues because of that. But that was back in 2012, its 2018 now when it needed another minor cleanout. Fred tech 4155 did a excellent job of cleaning it out again, and also removed a backup ball that was in the pipes to prevent water coming back up, but was no longer working and was just plugging the drain, also checked the other drain for that ball for me, all less then a hour the drain was working like new again. So hopefully it will be another 5 years before I need to see them again. Its a bit expensive but worth it and they are very knowledgeable and professional.

I had a great experience with RR. They came out the night I called and resolved my issue. The technician Jim was nice and respectful, and worked very hard for 4 hours to resolve my backup. I was very impressed!

Service windows are a bit annoying to the flow of life in my home but typical of plumbing companies. The actual service was good. Friendly, fast, and helpful tips for future prevention of the problem from the technician Brian.
