We worked with Bernice a few years ago as first time homebuyers and again recently to refinance due to the low interest rates. Bernice was great to work with both times. He was able to get us a great refinance rate where we were able to cut 2.5 years off of the life of the mortgage in addition to reducing the monthly payment by almost $200! There was an unforeseen issue with the title related to an HVAC replacement, but Bernice was able to work through it and still managed to get us closed in a timely fashion to keep the rate locked in. Would highly recommend and work with him in the future if the need arises.

Bernice Pace represented Premier Lending in a courteous and professional manner. He consistently provided answers to questions/requests that we had during the mortgage loan process. While the world was experiencing the pandemic, Bernice remained calm, professional and provided service to us that was beyond all expectations. We recently purchased a new home and Billy Persohn was our mortgage specialist. I can't say enough great things about Billy. He worked very hard to get us the lowest possible interest rate and he made sure we were able to close right on time despite a few bumps in the road.
