The most shady company I've ever dealt with! I had bought a car, payed cash, and signed the paperwork. It still needed to be detailed and a tiny dent needed to be popped out. I was told my car would be ready for pick up that following Monday. When I called trophy Nissan to see when I could pick up my car, I was told they would have to refund me my money because the car had been sold two days ago to some one else. How is that possible when I had already filled out all of the paperwork and payed for it?! Then their story kept falling apart on how the "mistake" happened. They didn't seem like they were being honest and they screwed me over completely.
