Once again, outstanding service from Schmidt's Ac Service! Technician did an excellent job checking out the heating in our new home as well as explaining what he was doing and why. Been with this company for 10+ years. We wouldn't use any one else.

I got a situation, my AC needed to be raised off the roof by a few inches so that my roof can be replaced. And Schimdt's offered the lowest bid I received. I am impressed! They were great, an expert, fast, professional, honest ,no upsell and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend this company for any future AC needs.

Wow! A tech came out from Schmidt's and found a humidifier in our home that I didn't even know existed! and we have lived in our home for 5 years and have had it serviced twice a year every year! No one had ever mentioned to me that we had this second humidifier for the main part of the house! Their tech was so thorough in what was just a routine maintenance. Clearly, Schmidt's AC Service has one of the best technicians ever!!!

I just had a new unit installed by Schmidts AC Service. The sales man was polite and professional and is very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. My unit went out on a Wednesday night and they were able to install on Friday. Very please with allaround service so far and would recommendtheir products and services to others.

We had 3 estimates done for heating & air conditioning on our home & Schmidts was the only company who thoroughly explained what was needed & was willing to use some of what was already in place from the old furnace. Not to mention, their bid was considerably lower than the other 2.

My Air stopped working this morning. I called my neighbor and he suggested Schmidt AC. I called and their office was very understanding and promised to send a repairman over late morning. In Less than an hour, Nathan arrived at my house. He showed me that a contractor was burnt. Thank Goodness he had one on his truck and had my air fixed in 30 minutes! That was the best $110. I ever spent!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I wanted to after having a nice experience with Schmidt's AC. They came out to fix my unit on a Sunday. Randy answered the call on the second ring and put me a ease. I didn't want to pay extra on a Sunday and he told me they never charge more because it's not my fault when my unit breaks! He sent out Richard who was very polite. He tod me what I needed and I didn't understand, so he showed me the part and also what the new one looks like. He fixed it right away and I only had a bill for $124.77. No service call charge or "travel time" I will recommend this company to everyone.Thanks, Schmidts!! Julie P

I read an ad that said Family owned and operated and the repair people you can trust. My system broke down and so I tried this company because I trusted the man who answered the phone and what he had to say. He put me at ease and promised to send out a repairman asap. In about an hour, I had received a call from the technician and he had arrived. He immediately was able to repair my system and told me it was in good shape other than a wornout contacter. He had one and put it on. He charged me $117.57 for everything inclyuding tax. I felt they were very responsive and honest to deal with. I would recommend highly
