Ron is wonderful, he really understands the needs of the customer and he doesn't nickel and dime you like all of the other places. A few years ago, my boyfriend rear ended my car and my bumper was stuck to my tires, I went to a bunch of places that said the repair would be very expensive and Ron thought of a solution to the problem that wouldn't make me bankrupt. He really is a great guy and the work is really good =). Also, I was able to pick up my car in only a day's time.

I recently got into an automobile accident where the whole front bumper of the car needed to be replaced, as well as some parts that needed to be repaired that flew off during the accident with the bumper. As soon as I called Ron, I knew I wanted to take my car to him. He was very friendly over the phone and listened to my every need as well as being very understanding and intelligent. Ron did not cease to amaze me in person, either. He took as much time as needed to speak with me about my concerns for the car and even worked with me knowing I had financial problems. And when I got the car back he did a beautiful job on it and it looked even better than it did before the accident! I definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. As soon as I met Ron I felt very comforable around him and he felt like a friend as well, rather than just another guy working on my car. Ron is very personable! It is very rare to find nice people that won't rip you off anymore, and Ron is definitely a rare gem!

I was recently an accident that resulted in substantial damage to my car. I brought my car to Integrity Custom Collision and I was greeted by Ron who was professional and very friendly. He explained the process to me and walked me through the estimate. I agreed to have Integrity perform the repairs. The work was fantastic, my car looked like new. I would have never been able to even tell I was in an accident. Even with the exceptional work level the price was very reasonable and it was done in less than a week.
