We called on a Saturday they were out to the house asap ! And not to mention this is the weekend hurricane Irma is on the loose so they came all the way from Atlanta to Fayetteville to fix our problem and I know traffic is terrible. Our sump pump went out so we were so happy when they came to fix it ! They were very professional and careful! Treated our house like there house. Thanks so much !

Called late at night and they were out the door and inspecting the plumbing first thing the next morning. Great customer service and a great help explaining everything that was going on and what could happen in the future. Workers came out the next day and finished the project in good time.

Once chuck dontchev arrived he explained worked smiled and kept two seniors informed. He restored my confidence in Roto Rooter I like the older professionals they know how to handle frantic seniors.

We have used Roto Rooter for 2 different plumbing issues. Each time with the same tech, Stefan. I submitting both appointments online was very easy. First time frame 8-12 ( arrived at 8:30) and second time frame 8-12 (arrived 9 am). Prompt, professional; happy customer!

My plumbing professional was Angel (3010). I did not have an emergency but he was at my door within hours. I could not be more pleased with my service call. I was experiencing problems with a sump pump in my basement which was already there when I purchased my home last year. He immediately knew the issue by listening to the mechanism perform. He evaluated my pump and determined there were some issues with the way it was installed ( a DIY project with the previous owner). He corrected all of the issues and I now have an odor free basement. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for their great service and reasonable pricing. I especially recommend Angel for his expertise, patience in working through my issues with an older home and professionalism!
