Brent was very professional and personable. While walking through my house and telling him about my children, he interacted and seemed genuine. He didn't look at me as just a number, but a person. There were several stains in our large 5 bedroom 3 living area home and the Apex guys were able to get out stains that I didn't think we're possible. Our home smelled so nice afterwards even the kids noticed! The carpets look great and like they have had 5 years taken off of them! We will definitely be using Apex cleaning concepts again. Thank you!

I was hoping for a wow result. It was ok result. My carpet only had 1 stain so I thought it should have looked much better.

They did a great job. They were on time and in and out very quickly! The price was great, I'll use them again. Docking a star because they advertised sanitizing doorknobs and light switches along with the employees wearing masks and none of those occurred.
