Really appreciate the online scheduling system and ability to upload all info online beforehand and save time during the office visit. Dr. Perlman was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and prescribing medication. When the pharmacy was out of stock, he called my house to let me know that he had put in a second prescription for a substitute. Really appreciate the level of care and attention!

Dr Perlman was great with my son. He listened and reassured me everything was okay and told me to come back or call with any questions or concerns.

The one lady at the front desk who I dealt with was less than pleasant and I had to wait a while to be seen, other than that I was very pleased with our visit.

The provider articulated his knowledge to me in simple terms . This allowed me to have a better understanding of my situation.

We live in Plainview, so traveling to Dr. Perlman round trip w/ traffic is an effort, but he has been a fine doctor for us. We did speak to him, and then he involved his office manager, that we were told when we came in that we had not filled out the online information. We in fact DID, and went up until the point where the instructions were to continue ONLY if we were scheduling a televisit. We weren't so we stopped at that point. We had to go back to the car and fill out the Covid information, do the sign offs.
