We recently purchased a new tankless water heater from Parrish. The technicians were thorough, explained everything along the way, and were extremely careful to contain construction debris and remove everything afterward. We felt the price was right and we felt the service was EXCELLENT.

Parrish Services has been nothing but a pleasure to work with! I have used Parrish Services many times over the years and recommended them to many friends. Every time I call the customer service staff is nothing but friendly and helpful, the technicians are prompt and courteous, and they answer all of my questions and concerns.

Being an absentee landlord, my warranty company selected Parrish Services to repair my tenants heating problem. Their response time was reasonable and fixed the problem immediately. I think they are a very competent company.

Don't waste time calling other HVAC places. From my first call to to the end, the service and professionalism was outstanding. Of course there is no good time for AC to break down and I was on limited time with an upcoming trip. I asked for Andrew and yes, he did a top notch diagnostic, was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My problem was solved by an honest, hard working professional who is an asset to this company. When we lived in Virginia, this is the company we always used when the heating or air went on the fritz. They always came out when they said they would and fixed everything quickly. One summer day the A/C broke when it was 100 degrees outside. Parrish was backed up with work but promised to fit us in on this ungodly hot day. Without them, it would have been a sleepless night. I definitely recommend Parrish for prompt, professional service!
