This company installed my garage door back in 2017, and it has lasted very well. A part of that besides the fact that the door is great quality, I have them come out for maintenance services every few months. They have great package deals for those services, so might as well take advantage and have the door last. Just thought someone would like to know.

Pleasure doing a business with this company. The customer service here and how I was treated was the highlight. Always the best thing a company can possess.

I wanted to share my customer service experience.

I called last night, and was able to get an operator. The person I spoke with was willing to answer my 500 questions with me being the curious person that I am. Very patient, and extremely helpful.

We narrowed it down to 2 problems that the person thought it was, and he told me that he could send a representative out the next morning.

I had a guy named Albert come out. He looked at the door, and within a couple minutes he figured that it was springs (which was what the operator had thought).

He proceeded to his vehicle, and pulled out pair of the exact spring I needed. He was able to do the repair immediately, and then brought me over to look at what he fixed. He explained it very thoroughly, and even gave me a few pointers on how to make the door last as long as possible.

I appreciate the help, and rate this company as very professional, earning the 5 stars.

Jake was really good. He came out to replace the springs for me, and tomorrow he will be coming to do a quick maintenance on my gate because it is really squeaky. I really liked his demeanor. He is very professional, and kind. I felt really comfortable giving him my business. Thank you for all your help.

Great experience with this company. Joann was so sweet and helpful. She got the team right to my house, and they were more than willing to help. What was interesting is that I have a very old garage door, but he had no problem maneuvering it.
What I also liked is that they offered military discount which not a lot of service companies do. I saved some good money.
I will definitively have their number on speed dial for when i need.

Frank from Clarks took the time to explain everything well. Felt like he was honest and didn't over charge. Very happy with the repairs.

I had a company out prior to this company, which was a total nightmare. They flaked on me 3 times, so I decided to call someone else. I liked the reviews I found on Angieslist for this company, so I decided to give them a call. I was so glad that they could come out the same day since I had the delays. I also felt they were much more professional than the other company, and the tech was sharp. Overall 5 stars earned. Happy customer here.

I called at 8pm. David, our service tech was here by 11pm and repair complete before midnight. I am very pleased with the fast service, excellent repair, and reasonable price to repair my damaged garage door. Excellent service, very pleased!

I saved good money choosing this company. I called and asked for the specials, and got a package deal for clickers, and free hook up of my motor to smart phone app.

The technician that they sent out was very experienced, and professional. Good first impression for me. I will be saving their number if I need anything else. Good thing is that they go garage door and gate repair, which I have both.
Good to have a service company on hand.

I have used Clarks Garage Door & Gate Repair for several years. Always professional, reasonably priced, and fast service. Andy was the last technician that worked on my garage and he was very knowledgeable and explained how to maintain my door. I highly recommend.

I accidentally backed into my son's garage door and knocked it off the track. I contacted Clarks Garage Door & Gate Repair. The technician arrive on time. He put the garage door back on track. I don't leave reviews often, but Clarks Garage Door & Gate Repair has been absolutely the best in service and quality. They have fair prices, excellent technicians, and reliable communication. Clarks Garage Door & Gate Repair is down the street from me. I was referred by my brother. They replaced the weatherstrip on my garage door and repaired my gate. The repair guy was amazing. Did a great job.

I used this company for my elderly mother. I really liked the way that they treated her. She said they were very patient, and they gave her a good price ( I confirmed by doing some research).
