Every time I arrive at my appointment I am greeted by friendly staff and they always remember my name. Furthermore, Dr. Weber managed to fix my 1" stretched ear lobe on one side and double hole stretched on the other side and make it look almost as if I had never had stretched ears to begin with. Now I may pursue my dream of entering into Law Enforcement.

I came in to see Dr. Weber because genetically I have large ear lobes and as a child I became aware and uncomfortable with them, as a teenager I gauged by ear to a full inch, and decided I no longer liked them. My ears were able to shrink back to a size 6 gauge but no smaller.

Dr. Weber listened to me, looked at the pictures I wanted my new ear lobes to look like and gave me the results I wanted. The entire procedure was very quick and painless, everyone here is very friendly, helpful and I recommend Dr. Weber and his wonderful staff anytime. In the future I look forward to visiting Dr. Weber for any aging related facial surgeries I need done.

Have never considered nor had plastic surgery. So i was a bit dubious about the whole procedure. My experience was beyond my expectations - in the staff, the office environment, Dr, Weber, and the results. A full range of options were discussed without any pressure whatsoever. I had my surgery three weeks ago and already see great results. The entire experience was very good: the first visit, the surgical center and post operational visits. Many my friends ask me if I lost some weight (which I did not :-() or tell me that my skin looks radiant. So people noticed the improvements but it is not obvious that I went through a surgery. Before choosing Dr. Weber I had consultations with several other plastic surgeons and decided to choose Dr. Weber. I am convinced that he is a right choice based on his experience, his staff, his personality and cost of the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Weber to anybody who considers a plastic surgery.

Exceptional Service and Care!

I couldn't be more happier with the results of my procedure. I had a bone growth on my forehead. I went to many doctors who told be they would make a small incision on my forehead that would leave a scar. Dr Weber took the time to talk with me and figure out a way to make the incision above my hair line, leaving me with no visible scar. The entire office makes you feel welcome and important. I highly recommend Dr Weber. You will not be disappointed!

I was feeling desperate when I was referred to Dr Webers office, they made time for me, at the last minute, and really put me at ease. All the staff was kind and helpful and the Dr was very informative. The surgery went off wonderfully and I felt relief right away. Could not have been better. Dr. Weber and the entire staff are very nice and care about you as an individual. They understand the concerns you have regarding your appearance and the privacy of some of these types of treatments. There is absolutely no pressure to perform surgery. Dr. Weber explains the procedure, the expectations, and potential issues. Ask him about his training and experience. That helped to put me at ease with allowing him to conduct the procedure. There were no surprises during the recovery. It was a pleasure to work with him.

After skin cancer removal I was very worried about how my face was going to look. The Mohs surgeon went in two separate times but it left a very jagged line. Dr. Weber assured me that this was normal after Mohs surgery. He brought me in and did a wonderful job fixing my cheek that people didn't even really ask me about it after a few weeks. The result is wonderful and keeps getting better over time. Dr. Weber also assured me that if I had any concerns about the result that there are many options that can make things look even better.
