Very prompt and courteous-were recommended by neighbors. We were happy dealing with Superior - the office and crew were all prompt to answer calls and called twice morning of service to tell of arrival time. Arrived exactly time estimated and gave estimate and started work when approved by us.

Super chimney!

"Technician(s) called 30 minutes prior to appt.. Arrived on time. Took time to explain safety issues with fireplace as well as document them with suggested repairs. I'm pleased with the work performed as it was done in a timely, professional manner in addition to the cleanup afterwards. "
