I had to laugh reading the other review, because he is spot on!This dealership is horrible, I have a laundry list of complaints but the biggest gripe is how unengaged the staff are at this dealership. And yes, that whole loaner program, what a joke,....you will be lucky to get one and instead will get some compact vehicle and have to go through the whole rental car procedure (trying to upsell you insurance etc.) No thanks!The people there seem very unhappy in their jobs. This comes from someone who purchased a vehicle from them and vows to never step foot in that dealership again. Even after complaining to the main manager, nothing changed which shows you how useless they are!I am now a very happy customer of MB of Denver and good riddance to Littleton!

Good luck trying to find a straight answer about the problem with your carAfter spending over $1k for a shaky car I had to take it back 9 days later because the car was shaking. I kept in contact with the Service Advisor and he let me know the problem was fixed, the car would not shake and it was cleaned and ready for pick up. I arranged a pick up time only to be informed that QUOTE 'something is not quite right and it is being looked at.'If you like the run around go to Mercedes Benz of LittletonIf you like someone who knows how to repair a car the first time go else where

Not sure how long it's been since you've worked with MBOL, but the committment to service has never been delivered better. I have been at a number of dealers of high end cars before I settled on them. Yeah, the rewards programs are real and so are the airport driving services. So what's the beef with rewarding your best customers with unmatched services? Maybe you should stay with Toyotas, I hear parts are cheap.

Read up on them, there service is not worth the cost or hassle. It has gone down while their costs have gone up.Oh and even if you are told you can get a loaner, good luck. You will be lucky if they give you a rental. Its all about shuttle service now.? If you research the Littleton branch you will find that they now offer there old services for a price (special club). YEah, so now you have to pay for service that is supposed to be expected from Mercedes. Mercedes is going down hill and picking up speed. Save time and money and take it to a normal Mechanic cause even Murray charges 8 dollars for a rental and we all know the parts and labor are higher at the dealership?Good luck, we all know Mercedes cost $$$ no matter what! Demand better service!!!
