My experience working with Blake Law at VA Low Rate was awesome. He was there to answer any questions I had. He explained everything I wasn’t sure about. He’s super friendly. The process went pretty fast and I was updated during the whole process.

Thanks to Brian Landers and Low VA Rates our dream has become a reality. Through a never quit attitude, Brian was able to secure a much lower rate than we ever imagined and close the loan on our dream home. The professionalism and attention to every detail extended to us made what usually would have been a tedious and stressful process an easy and rather enjoyable experience. On a whim I called Kaitlynn Kelley and was so surprised as to how much they could save me by refinancing my home. Process was super easy and fast and I would refer them in a heartbeat to anyone trying to refinance!

My main representative at Low VA rates was Barry Mott. Barry from the first conversation was helpful, fully explained everything and was always there. I never had to leave a message. He answered the phone quickly every time. His correspondence and communication through phone calls, texts and emails was pretty much daily. Throughout the process I had to also work with others from Low VA rates which I cant remember all their names but the experience was the same as Barry. The entire team was top notch and made it smooth. If you do your job getting them documents they will do yours. My streamline refinance application was complete in less than 2 weeks and final in about a month. Closed very quickly. Thank you all.

Normally, this process is a complete pain. But, from day one Matt was honest and when way beyond what I would expect anyone to do. I couldn’t find any of my required paper work from the VA and to be honest, it was really started to get to me. But, Matt found the people and resources that I needed. He actually had a veteran colleague of his connect me and help me navigate all of the convoluted DOD websites. These guys were the best and it has been amazing working with them. That really meant a lot to me almost more than the excellent rate I got.
