We thought Ty did a very nice job. My husband and I were interested in a used Nissan Maxima and he was very knowledeable about it. We are early in the car buying process and are just trying to gather as much information as possible. We don't plan to buy the Maxima, but will come back to test drive a new Optima.

Working with Billy numerous times in the past either with myself purchasing or leasing or my family has always been fast and reliable. His follow through is phenomenal and he is up front and honest. He has a natural affinity for working with people and should be an asset to the dealership. I continue to recommend him to other's when looking for vehicles. The Kia of Lincoln dealership staff has been the best I have dealt with. I will continue to be a customer there.

Tom helped make our experience of buying a new car a very pleasant one. I told Tom ahead of time what we were interested in and he was able to accommodate our needs very quickly. Everyone at Kia is always super helpful! We bought 2 kia spectras in 2006 and always take it to Kia of Lincoln for service and anytime there is a problem with it. They always remember us when we are in there, also, its not unusual for Rod to come say Hi and see how everything is when we are in there, DEFINATELY recommend Rod Mills!

Our experience so far has been fantastic. The salesman walked us through the process of leasing, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the program. Our salesman made our time at Kia of Lincoln comfortable and drama free.

This was overall a very good experience. the greatest part of it was the lack of pressure. i have been to husker auto a couple of times and our family including myself has done business with performance dodge numerous times and both are very pushy and do what they can to pressure you into a purchase. that was not the case at KIA of lincoln. the salesman listened to everything i had to say and did not try to pressure me into a purchase. that being said everyone has heard of the term "buyers remorse", well we did not feel any of that. infact i have never felt more safe or secure in buying a vehicle as we did buying our kia sorento. yeah id have to say we are now KIA lifers!

They took about $100 off our monthly payments and that made us pretty happy and we drove off the lot that day in a 2008 dodge durango. I wish it had a little better gas mileage but thats ok cause it takes E85.

I recently purchased a a Kia from Billy Keck, his customer service and over all performance made me feel very comfortable and that's important when shopping for the right car. I first called the dealership and that was my first interaction with Tom, he was nice and friendly and asked alot of questions. I called alot of places that day and he seemed to be the only person who listened and cared about my situation, and called me back. When i came to the dealership they worked super hard to get me a loan and they did and they walked me through everything. I got an awesome car at a price i could afford. I WILL tell everyone to go to KIA because they actually care.

I came in to look at cars and Billy helped me. He was very helpful and descriptive. Helped me get just the right car. Everyone was very friendly. I will recommend Kia of Lincoln to everyone I know and will be back next time I need a new car! Billy is the best salesperson I've ever worked with. He was not pushy at all! I had a great time there.

The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by Tom with a smile on his face. He was very kind and considerate. He put me at ease with all the questions I asked. I walked in thinking i wouldnt get a vehicle but sure enough I walked out with keys in my hand. He took the time to find me a good deal. Thank you so much for all your effort Tom. I have had the great fortune of buying 3 cars from Kia of Lincoln, I can tell you honestly that Tom Huff, in my opinion is one of the nicest, most honest sales people around, I would not have gone back for cars 2 and three if it were not for Tom. I got a great deal on my last car, and Kyle worked his ass off getting me the best interest rate available, he didn't stop at my bank (USAA) he called and got an even better, lower interest rate from a different bank. Once I signed on the dotted line, Chad had me in and out in record time. As for their service department, I signed up, made an appointment online and was in and out in about an hour. Kia of Lincoln is a top notch dealership.

We traded our Ford escort in for a Kia Sorento and I love it. Tom Huff is a great guy we have been there for a recall and they loaned us a car. Tom always says hi when we are in for an oil change. I make it a point to drop off a Christmas card for him. He will get you a great deal just tell him Paula and Earl sent you.

My 2006 Kia Sportage completely died on me on my way to work. I heard loud sounds under the hood so I knew something had to be seriously wrong. I had just gotten off the interstate and was blocking the whole off ramp. Thankfully I got it started and was only a couple blocks from my work parking lot. I called AAA to tow my vehicle from my employer parking lot to Kia of Lincoln. I hadn't been to Kia of Lincoln since my car was still under warranty. I wasn't sure what to expect. Within just over an hour of having it towed, Kia had already taken a look at my car and diagnosed the problem (water pump, timing belt, alternator belt, and coolant) with a truly reasonable quote. I looked into pricing of parts/labor before giving them the green light and I was impressed. I called back and asked when they could have it done. The service counter told me it could be done before I got off work that day. They delivered on their promise and I was able to pick my car up right after work. The service counter employee was super friendly when I picked it up and the cashier was very kind as well. I was pleased and will be back. Thank you for getting me up and running again in no time at all!

This service department went out of their way to assist me. My AC was having problems, the defect was commonplace in the 2011 to 2014 models but was felt to be no longer a concern. My 2016 had the identical problem and they went to bat for me to have it covered by the maker. Hat's off to a dealer who will stand up for me.
