i've only had one application and it rained shortly after so I assume that's the reason I still have a lot of weeds in my lawn. I feel sure when i call the local office they will send a technician out immediately to reapply the treatment

IT TAKES 2 TO 3 YEARS FOR THE FULL BENEFIT OF THE SERVICE TO BE SEEN. IMPROVEMENT STARTS ALMOST IMMEDIATLY BUT YOU HAVE TO STICK WITH IT TO GET THE FULL BENEFIT.

I would recommend Trugreen, it is a little costly but the service is good and so are the results!

They do a good job. Sometimes they contact you too much.
