I never ordered, but suddenly Ztao sent me LG G4 Glass Screen Protector by USPS. I have different smart phones, so it is useless. How did they get my address? I am much uncomfortable with their non-mannered business practice. How can I return this. It takes away my time and emotion.

Negative stars. Why did I get a package of 6 plastic jars? What is this? I never ordered from here ever.

I would post a Zero stars if I could. I got a box that was not securely closed. There was no packing slip. The 2 of the 3 snowflake LED lights were broken. Broken off pieces were not in the box which means that the items were broken prior to being packed. Seller/Fullfillment intentionally packed broken items for me. Yellow glue was clumsily put on broken edges - maybe they clumsily tried to glue their broken merchandise before trying to pawn it off on me. What a fraudulent outfit !!!

Got our package today. One single mug in a box big enough for a dozen. The mug was wrapped one time in bubble wrap. The mug was allowed to bang around. End result one broken mug.

I've received two packages containing three blue ties, none of which I ordered at all, from this address. WTF people.

Sent me an empty package, Amazon could not track it. I buy alot from Amazon and ussually have a great experiance but if you see. CBCGT or CBC Guotong. Stay Away.

Received a package I did not order. A Mako Shark Diver Sheath with leg strap. WHAT?!? I don't see ANY order in my amazon account for this item.

I ordered an Apple 12w usb power adapter from 5 nights with George at this address. The adapter will not work. I took my ipad along with the new adapter to a repair shop and they tested everything. (Ipad, adapter) and said the adapter is faulty. This has caused me a lot of inconvience today, having to go to three different places trying to found out why the adapter was not working. I am returning the adapter and wish to be credited with $19.99, the cost of this defective product. Thank you. Renee H. Hawkins

Received an empty package! Should be a zero star rating offered. I would pick that one. This is ridiculous. Poor poor business practice!

Order# 113-2723554-8551467 arrived on time 02/19/18 and the merchandise was in good shape. However, there was no paperwork inside the package describing the contents nor any copy of an invoice. The top tape was only glued to one side leaving the packing open to having the contents easily removed. I am concerned any information on enclosed documents were removed which might have included personal my information.
