Petri pools is awesome. My pool had gotten so out of control that I was ready to fill it in with dirt. I didn't know what to do. I got the number of Petri pools from a buddy who swears by them. I gave Justin a call and he was out the next day. He told me he could get my pool under control. I couldn't believe the job his group of guys were able to do. After that there was no way I was gonna let anybody work on my pool but Petri pools. The prices are fair and he has been totally honest with what needs to be done with my pool. If u have a pool I would call Petri pools to get them to maintain and service your pool.

Petri Pools is hands-down the best pool remodel and service company in DFW. In fact, they are one of the best companies I have worked with regardless of the industry. Their commitment to quality work and customer service is apparent in every part of their operation.



I recently moved into a house that had an old pool in desperate need of a facelift. After meeting with several pool companies I hired Justin Petri and his crew to a complete the pool renovation (plaster, tile, coping, etc.). Justin was very up front and honest from the beginning. He did not try to up-sell or replace parts/equipment that were still serviceable. He was very respectful of the budget that I had established and it was much appreciated. Additionally, he always made himself available via text/email/phone/in-person to answer questions and temper any of my concerns. The pool was delivered on budget and on time, which was remarkable given the recent weather. His crew was respectful of my property and was very friendly. They did top-notch work and took care of the tiniest details. The pool looks amazing!



I would, without a doubt, hire Petri Pools again. Justin, thank you for the new pool and, more importantly, for your commitment to excellent customer service!

Petri Pools provides our weekly maintenance service but most recently completed a big project in our backyard. We resurfaced and retiled the pool and it looks great! Justin helped us determine whether we could keep the existing flagstone (which we did). In addition, we wanted to extend and re-surface the decking, which he arranged and supervised.



There were weather delays (inevitable in Spring in Texas - it's not a great idea to pour concrete in the rain or on top of mud), so Justin kept us up to date on the status of the project so we knew what to expect and came by when we had questions we couldn't articulate over the phone. His crew worked with our pool fencing company so they were able to re-set the holes for the fencing before the resurfacing was complete.



He was also very patient with us as we are still learning about our pool and its inner workings.



One of the things I really appreciate about Petri Pools is that they respond promptly and arrive when they say they will. I never get a "I'll be there sometime tomorrow" from Justin - I always know when to expect him and he's never a "no-show". That type of reliability and responsiveness is difficult to find.



We are very happy with the results and would hire him again. Since he did such a great job, we won't have to for a while!

We were very pleased with the work done by Petri Pools. We contacted the owner, Justin, for a quote back in December. He showed up on time and was professional during this initial meeting. He spent considerable time with us and took time to answer all our questions, as well as offer suggestions on ideas to improve our old pool. We specifically were asking for the largest bang for the buck, and he gave us solid suggestions without pressuring us to do unnecessary work. After reviewing four other vendors, we decided to go with Justin. The scope of the work would be a refurbishment of the pool deck, a refinish of the pool, new tiles, new mastic joints, reseated coping stones, installation of a new LED pool light, and installation of a new dedicated pool cleaner line.

The experience overall was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the product. We were pleased that Justin sent us a contract prior to beginning the work. This small detail started to give us confidence is his operation. After going over some details, the crew began a renovation that would take a few weeks. This was a tad longer than anticipated due to some bad weather that was outside anyone’s control. Throughout the process, Justin did a great job of keeping us informed on progress/delays and communicating any issues as they came up. At no point did we feel pressured to increase the scope of our project.

I would definitely recommend Petri Pools for your renovation project. Our impression of the owner is that he is of high integrity with a strong desire to satisfy his customers. As with any large project, there will be unexpected issues. We feel Justin treated us fairly in all respects when it came to completing the job to our satisfaction. Overall, the renovation is wonderful and is going to really add to our swimming season this year and many years to come.

After reading several wonderful reviews for Petri Pools, we decided to hire them for our complete pool remodel. I was not disappointed!

Justin came out the day after we contacted his company and gave us a quote for new plaster, tile and coping. His quote was very reasonable so we hired him to do the work.

We received a start date of the following week and I must say I was skeptical. I've worked with many contractors over the years only to be disappointed by their ambitious time lines of beginning and completing the work they quote. Again, I was not disappointed!

The crews that came to do the work - demo, tile work, coping, plaster, plumbing, electrical, etc. - were wonderful! They were nice, respectful, hard working and clean. Not once was there any evidence, other than the transformation of the pool, that anybody had been there working. They cleaned up all debris and left the area very clean at the end of each day.

The end result was a beautiful transformation of our pool and another VERY satisfied customer. I will not hesitate to refer Petri Pools to others and plan on using them again for upcoming deck projects.

Our family has used Petri Pools for close to 10 years and they are consistently excellent. We have weekly service and have just recently undergone a pool renovation. Owner is very involved and during the renovation would answer our questions within seconds.

We hired Justin/ Petri Pools to remodel our 34 year old pool after a friend referred us. She is a long time customer of Petri Pools and they came highly recommended after she also went through a pool remodel. After obtaining 4 estimates, Petri Pools was the one we chose to go with. Justin came out timely to look at our pool, take measurements and discuss our wants with my husband. We had our estimate very soon after. Justin was very responsive during the process. We had one small delay that was out of anyone's control. After our old fibertech coating was removed we discovered several cracks underneath. Justin had a great contact to address the structural issues and once we resolved those, his work commenced. The crew was here every day and cleaned up after themselves. We were swimming again within 2 weeks! Amazing considering we changed surface to pebble, had a new main drain installed, had a new light niche and light installed, new flagstone coping and new tile. We now have them servicing our pool weekly. I would highly recommend Petri Pools for your pool remodel and service.

I recently switched to Petri Pools for my weekly maintenance and pool service needs.



At this point, it's been about a month and I couldn't be happier! Justin and his team are very professional! They ALWAYS return emails/calls within a reasonable amount of time and the cost of their service is very competitive. Remember, it's not always the "cheapest" service that is the best.



I've had them clear issues with my filter system as well as my freeze guard in the short time they have been managing my pool.

After much research, I selected Petri Pools for a major pool renovation last spring. The project included resurfacing, minor spa stonework, new heater and the addition of LED pool lighting. I found Petri Pools to be very professional as well as very thorough in explaining the overall execution of the remodel. Justin Petri is a pleasure to work with and made every effort to make sure the project was done correctly and on time and within budget. Although Petri was not the lowest bid they were very competitive and I couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product. After a complete assessment and minor modifications of my existing 16 year old pool equipment, I enlisted Petri to continue with my weekly pool service, which after a year on the job, he and his staff continues to be the most thorough pool service contractor I have ever used. Justin Petri and his crew do a fantastic job. As a first time pool owner, they are quite helpful teaching the basics and always available for any naive questions I may have. In addition to the regular service, they have also performed some repair work that was of the highest quality. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.
