Laurence, the technician that came out to my house was extremely professional and took the time to do the job right. He treated the job just as he would do it if he was working on his own equipment at his house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered intuitive solutions beyond what I had requested. The Air Express price was even less than what other Heating and A/C companies quoted me. I will definitely use Air Express's services in the future.

After a freezing night and the kids wonder: Dad, why couldn't you fix the furnace?, I was desperate and left work around noon, sat right by my furnace and started to call around, hoping to get it fixed before tonight. Everyone was busy and for tomorrow's appt, of course, there is extra service charge. I'm so glad I called you guys, and Denise replied my call promptly and patiently guide me through the fixing process, my furnace started working again. Yahooo! I was so pleased at the quick service and happy tech. He went right to the furn that had shut down, tested it and knew of two items right away. No parts to purchase, just what was needed. He cleaned it and replaced filter. He also offered and left me with extra filters and explained good maintainace to me that I could do on my own to prevent break downs and costly replacements of parts.THANKS AIR EXPRESS!

Wowee Love my ActivTech air purifier scrubber!! Air Express explained the product & how it works. All the benefits. Our house hold is healthier and happier. Never heard of such a wonderful product. Price was a lot lower than retail and THAT IS THERE NORMAL COST. The Mold is no longer a problem in our bathroom!!No yucky orders! What a relief!I will definetly go back and have them service all our HVAC needs.THANKS to the wonderful Tech and for helping our family out.

checked our units out very well. Made up a box for easy access for the filter outside of furn.Installed a air purifer,scrubber and LOVE IT!! Got our money's worth the first month with health issues improved and home smells so fresh. Fast, professional, and reasonably price. My Heater failed early Sunday morning during a snow storm. The repair man braved the road conditions and about 2.5 hours after I called it was working again.
