I went into Frequency RC new to nitro cars and had no idea what I had, or what I needed to start racing these awesome machines. I told them I needed to tune it up because I had just purchased it from a yard sale. They told me what I needed how to replace the parts I bought, they also recomended some other parts for better performance. Without any pressure to buy, I got what it needed to get on the road. If you don't believe in friendly customer service, (which is very hard to find, in this state anyway) walk into this store and talk with the associates, whether you want to buy or just take a gander at what is around they will be very friendly and knowlegable about everything they carry in this store.

I am new to the nitro rc scene just bought my first nitro rc truck when I went to the store to buy fuel nobody offerd to help me then not knowing there was a difference I grabed airplane nitro then took it to the counter to purchase it the clerk asked me what I was running I told him I just bought my first 1/8th nitro truck and he did not say anything about the fuel being the wrong kind so all my buisness will be with addiction rc in ogden much more helpful staff

These guys are awesome!! As a beginner in the hobby, I have questions all the time and they are always available to answer them!! They are by far the best hobby shop I've found in the area without having to travel 2 hours. When I need something, they either have it readily on hand or can order it and have it soon!! Since these guys took over the store it's been great customer service!! The old owner was a grumpy old man who didn't want to help anyone!! These guys are like friends everytime someone walks in, they're greeted and helped as soon as possible.

I needed balsa wood for a son's project. They had lot's of different sizes. The gentlemen there treated my children and I really well. Great service and very nice people. I will shop there again.

I only visit this hobby shiop in a pinch but everytime i do the employees act like i'm an idiot and wasting their time. I am an experienced modeler and know what i want, but am always approached and talked to in a snotty and condescending manner. Today i called inquiring about a charger, in the whole 15 seconds i was on the phone with the employee he was very short and his tone made it very apparent that i was wasting his time. I will happily drive past this hobby shop on my way to the competition. (Cliffs: HORRIBLE SERVICE)

I've always had great service with this shop. It is under new ownership, but if anything that has increased the service I've always been given. They are incredibly plane friendly, and if you bring your set-up in, they will spend quite a bit of time going over the tips and tricks necessary to get the most out of it.Also, they're quick to demo their stuff for you, which is just a kick in the pants.They appear to be in the process of building their inventory back up after the sale. They have tons of parts in stock, especially the better, higher performance parts. The only downside is that they may not have the airplane kit in stock, but have them order it for you. It's worth your money to keep these guys around, just for the advice.

This store is clean, and well organized. The sales people seem friendly and know quite a bit. BUT because its a small store, they can't expect to carry everything for the modeler. Product selection was limited at best with the feeling that "we can order that in for you" is the motto of the day.

I am new to the RC plane hobby and needed to get some parts and supplies for a plane I was building. I went into this store 3 times and not once was I asked if i could be helped. Today (5/6/09) I went in and there were 2 employees and only 1 other customer in the store. I still was not acknowledged or asked if I could be helped. i will never visit this store again.

I fly model rockets and race pinewood derby cars and this is a great hobby store. I just bought an RC airplane simulator to train to get into flying the real thing in the spring of 2009. I look forward to getting a lot of supplies and tips from them over the years. I own a small business that does appliance repair, and I value other local businesses so I patronize this store.
