After a bad experience with our first movers I was very unsure about hiring another company but after speaking extensively with Cousins USA Moving and asking them a number of questions I felt comfortable giving them a try. They really wowed my family and me. The day of the move they were prompt and worked very hard. Our items arrived on time and intact. I couldn’t ask for more.

The sales guy and the moving crew could not have been more professional and could not have done a better job. They were courteous, didn't dawdle, and genuinely took care of our possessions as if they were their own. Great service from Cousins USA Moving. I called and they showed up the next day to do an in home estimate of which other companies wanted me to actually do the inventory for them. We scheduled the pickup/drop off date, made the deposit. 3 guys showed up to do the packing and loaded everything into the truck in less than 6 hours. I have to commend the packing quality. They wrapped every single item in my kitchen and they arrived in perfect condition. I changed my drop off time which their sales rep graciously accommodated. I would use Cousins USA Moving again in the future.

We received a quote from another very popular moving company but it was so high that we searched for another company to compare prices. Cousins USA Moving quoted a price that was less than half the "Big Company" quote. Office staff was courteous, and the three gentlemen showed up on time, greeted me with a smile, and were clearly professional and experienced.
