I was very pleased with the turn around time. I am happy again because my computer works! It was frustrating being without. Glad I could find an honest place to take care of me. I would recommend to everyone.

I was lied to from the very start with this place, and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Paid $300 to have my laptop "fixed", and not even a month later, the laptop stopped working again, and when I took it back they told me it would be another $300 to fix it again, eventhough it was the same problem they "fixed" not even a month before. No confidence in their abilities. They talk a good game, but do not perform well at all. They don't do free estimates, they do non-refundable deposits. If you dont get work done, they end up charging you an estimate fee. This place is a joke. Please do not waste your time, effort, and money with this place. Every time I went there they played the "I am not the repair guy, just work up front answering phones", then next time I went, the roles were switched. At the end, the "service manager" walked out of the room leaving me up front alone and said "bye". Would have given no stars, but that wasnt an option
