I had schlerotherapy by Zimmerman, a procedure I've had six other times with another doctor in another city. At my follow-up appointment four weeks after the procedure, Jaime, the nurse, conducted the examination and noticed three spots that were not healing as well as the others. She commented that Zimmerman got very aggressive with the laser. Five months later, I returned to the office because the areas of concern had developed brown spots. Not having had this experience before, I wanted to know if my situation was considered normal and if the spots would eventually diminish. I was stunned with the response from Zimmerman, which was a reminder that I had signed a consent/waiver. I told him that I wasn't there to establish a lawsuit or blame, I simply wanted the procedure results reviewed. He explained that these things could happen - again - as noted in the consent/waiver. I couldn't believe that he kept reverting to a CYA rather than being concerned with my concerns. Then, he pulled from my record the signed waiver/consent and actually read it to me! At this point, I had enough. I asked him and his nurse to leave the room so I could get dressed and be on my way. Never again will I go to Zimmerman because he is clearly more concerned about covering his behind than he is about the results of my treatment. It was interesting, too, that his staff had always been very friendly during my previous visits. Jamie barely acknowledged me despite performing a number of procedures on me, and funny thing, Jamie was not the nurse in the exam room for this horrible experience. A new nurse was called in. Very suspect.

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are exceptional. I was referred by a friend and now I am a loyal client.



I originally went in for coolsculpt. I had great results and have gone back for different body parts. Debbie who runs the coolsculpt program is a lovely woman who knows her stuff and makes that machine perform magic!



I was so comfortable at this beautiful and friendly office, I went back for laser hair removal. Jayme explained the process and I began hair removal of armpits, legs and my girl parts. During this painless and quick process, I asked about other services they provided.



I have had botox and fillers in the past at another establishment. I decided to try it here since I was so impressed by the other services I received. Jayme is amazing. She is the nurse on premises and assists Dr. Z with all surgical procedures. She knows anatomy and the right places to put the injections. Her placement of fillers and botox is so strategic that it makes them work brilliantly. She said something to me that has resonated to this day: "I don't want people to look at you and ask where you got your work done, I want them to say "You look fantastic, you don't look like you have aged at all".



After one of my laser treatments, I asked about what could be done with my neck. My mother has extra skin and jowls and I knew it was just a matter of time before this would happen to me. Jayme said a laser neck lift would be the least invasive and give me the results I was looking for. I went for a consult and met Dr. Z. I had heard so much about him from the conversations Jayme and I would have during my laser treatments, it seemed like I already knew him. He was so personable and his "bedside" manner was impressive. He was thorough and quite willing to answer any questions I had. I felt so comfortable with the consult that I booked it for three weeks later. That experience was awesome. It has been one week and my neck and jawline look amazing, even though I still have some swelling!



With this procedure, I get lymphatic massage. Rick massaged my neck and jawline, working out the stiffness and some of the swelling. My neck felt amazing after he was done. Very nice and very professional.



Last but not least, is Laura. She runs the front desk and does scheduling and check-in. If you ever want to smile, just talk to Laura. Not only is she extremely efficient, she has a fabulous personality. Her customer service skills are fantastic and complete the circle of superior service at this fine establishment.



I would recommend this entire staff and their services to anyone.

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are unbelievably amazing- I never knew it was possible to have such a PERFECT experience with any doctor's office! My appointments were always on time (which is so rare at most offices!) and my first consultation was done with care and patience. My consultant took her time and answered every single question I had without making me feel rushed. She was very honest and friendly, even showing me before-and-after photos so I would know what kind of results to expect. Dr. Zimmerman was so kind and gentle... and definitely a perfectionist!! He is so precise and articulate! You cannot even see any scars from my liposuction and I am so thrilled with my results! My body has transformed and my friends tell me I look great! My results are so natural that you cannot tell that I had surgery- that is how good Dr. Zimmerman is!! He has the most friendly, reliable, supportive staff and I will always recommend Dr. Zimmerman to all my friends and family! In fact, I have already had friends that have gone to Dr. Z after seeing the amazing results I got from him!
