He fixed everything efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, including how to avoid these plumbing problems in the future. He also checked to make sure my water softener was working (it was). Not knowing much about softeners, he could easily have sold me a softener I don't need (but he didn't).

Kurt Ellis did a good job evaluating the problem with our disposal. New unit was recommended and installed quickly and neatly. Very satisfied.

I've been with them for over 30 years! Casey from Larkin Plumbing is the guy who comes out to my house. I love him, he is so nice and does a wonderful job! I know when he comes out, he will get it right the first time. I've never needed to call them out to "fix" anything. Also, am confident I'm not being ripped off by them. I have been using them for over 30 years, and my mother used them for many years before that. We've known them all for years now, Mark, Greg and the entire family, the whole crowd is wonderful! I would never even consider calling another company.

Over the years We have used Larkin Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. This last time was the best yet. Rick Deleon new what he was doing but all so did his job with a sense of humor.

We've had Larkin Plumbing do work for us before (hot water heater, toilet problems) and have always been satisfied.

I called for a plumber to come out to check on my garbage disposal. Kurt Ellis was very professional for coming out & showing me how to clear up the disposal.

Larking Plumbing came out and worked on our sewer line. He had to dig a trench and crawl under our home to fix the broken pipe. He did a great job and got it done fast. He was finished in 6 hours! I'd definitely use them again!

I have used Larkin since I moved to Las Vegas area in 1995. I have never been disappointed or not received excellent service. My experience today with Kurt is no different - excellent. He was prompt - same day I called - and was both quick and did excellent work. I would not even consider calling anyone other than Larkin for my repair or installation needs.

Just wanted to say thanks to Larkin for quickly responding to our plumbing issue yesterday and saving "our Thanksgiving dinner". I discovered/created a leak in our son's shower faucet while attempting a repair and had to shut off the water to the house all while my wife and mother in law where cooking. Larkin plumbing was there within 2 hours and quickly made the repair and saved the day!!

Kent was the plumber who came out to fix my kitchen faucet, and he was great. Prompt arrival, efficient use of time, easy to work with, pleasant demeanor, more-than-fair prices. The customer service phone line was a good experience too. I would use Larkin Plumbing again.

I am the Maintenance Supervisor at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

I use Larkin for "major dig" projects (broken pipes) and large "snake jobs".

Rick, Chris, Bob and Eli are professional to the highest standards.

Customer Service is excellent. when i call, they usually respond within 2-4 hours.

Methodical and thorough. Assured every detail and problem area was covered. Made sure the job was completed and everything was cleaned up-no mess left.

Water heater went out at 8:00pm Sunday evening. Called them and an answering service took my call. I received a call from a repairman (Matt) in less than 1 hour. He came with the new heater about 1 hour after. His work was professional and quick. By 1;00am the job was done and everything was back to normal. My only gripe was after estimating the job I felt the price was very high. Considering it was weekend and late night this was still high. They say no extra charges for weekends or holidays, but with the price they charged they don't need to upcharge for the special days! Guess there is a trade off for good work on weekends and holidays. If you have time to shop around then I suggest you do. But if emergency arises then you need to make a decision.
