Dr Garcia did surgery on my lower eye lids and its amazing how much younger i look and feel! the bag had bothered me for years an doc was very clear about the procedure and what i could expect in the way of recovery an results. its only been 7 months and gets better each day as swelling goes down. im looking foward to seeing what other miracles he can perform on this old body!
