I can't say enough good things about these guys. They quoted me a price over the phone to replace the cracked screen on my wife's iPad2 and said it would take an hour or so. On my way to pick it up, they called me and said it would not be ready because they ran into a problem. I thought here we go, I paid cash up front and now they got me. As it turned out, there was an unforseen problem during the repair and the iPad ended up fried. Without batting an eyelid, they replaced the iPad with a new one. And even came in on Sunday so I could pick it up. If I ever need a service that Desert Wireless provides, there is no doubt I will be there. These guys "Do the right thing"

These guys are great!!! They updated me every step of the way!!! Had my daughter's iPad Mini fixed ..... Her screen was shattered!!!! Prices were good but the customer service was beyond!!!

Dessert Wireless saved my phone!!!! I dropped it and screen popped off. I was like omg! I found them on google and drove over immediately. Greeted RIGHT when I walked in and they said no problem, like they had seen this crisis a 100 times before. They has my phone done in an hour! Yayay!!! Definitely recommend them!

iPhone repairing at its best. These guys are professional and hard working, they know what they are good at and identified the problem with my iPhone in seconds and repaired it in minutes, Literally!

Too impressed with their attitude and service, my friend forced me to go to them to get my phone fixed. I wanted to get it done from Apple store; I'm glad I listened to my friend because it saved me $almost 150. They have good professional technicians, I would definitely recommend others to go there.

I for once decided to get my old 3Gs fixed after having it placed in drawer for about an year. It had all sorts of problems as battery was dead because of non-usage, screen was damaged an year ago and software was outdated as well. They fixed everything and guided me through each step what they were doing; lovely service!

My boyfriend got my phone fixed by them and after the battery is replaced it is lasting double time on full charge. I am happy that I don't have to charge it everyday.

To my surprise, they charged a little more than HALF of what old shop was charging and more importantly did actually repair my phone to its initial condition.



Obviously, they could not do anything about old scratches but they made sure they do not leave new ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There are quite a few repair shops in the city who claim to repair your product for very cheap price, but they are not professionals, guys at desert wireless are. They have been tested so many times by me and my friends - they never fail. They do it for a reasonable price and do not even leave a scratch on your beloved phone. If you love your phone and it somehow got damaged, this is the place for you.
