I recommend Carter Power Sports and in particular, Will Kohl. Will and his colleagues are professional, knowledgeable folks who love bikes and patiently answer your questions. When I was ready to buy, they were super efficient getting the bike ready. All in all, a great buying experience.

Carter Power Sports Complaint, Las Vegas, NV
I took my motorcycle to Carter Power Sports, 6275 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89118 for a valve adjustment. A week later when I picked up the bike it sounded the same. Eric the service writer and James, the service manager, told me it checked out fine and was within spec. Being a 49 year pilot and mechanic, when I got the bike home I took the fairings off and checked, the engine was not worked on or opened in any way. The mechanic, David Crandall lied, Eric Robinson lied and James lied. They charged me $337 for absolutely nothing.
I called the General manager, Robin and explained the situation. She told me to bring the bike back and they would make it right. Nearly two weeks later I called for an update and Eric told me they had adjusted the valves and were waiting on a valve cover gasket. Another week passed so I drove down and demanded that I see the bike. OMG, the engine was open, the valve cover was upside down and had sand in it. The workstation was beside where they work on Razors and other dirt machines. I lost it and asked what the F#@k they thought they were doing and that the engine has been open to dirt for two weeks. Eric said no they just opened it. What a liar, he obviously forgot about our previous phone conversation. I then went to James the Service manager and he backed up Eric. I screamed in his face “Stop F#@king lying, and he asked me to leave the dealership. I did. When I talked to Robin later in the day, she backed up her team of liars and said they re assembled the bike and would deliver it to me because she didn’t want me on the property. I immediately changed the oil and filters although, I expect the engine life will be reduced considerably. And the valves are still loud.
Over the years I have purchased 4 new motorcycles, a Kawasaki side by side and a trailer from them and they screwed me and treated me like an idiot. They screwed the wrong guy.

The best thing that can happen to motor sports is Las Vegas is for this deceitful, bait and switch price playing dealer to close their doors and not waste buyers time with going to the "pit" to negotiate thousands over what the sales person quotes. I have ordered parts and received the wrong parts after waiting longer that told. and personally know two people who brought their bikes in for "service" only to have Carter destroy their bikes. BE WARNED

We live in Pennsylvania, and needed to get our son a bike in Vegas when his blew up. These people bent over backwards to oblige us. A great deal done on a debit card. You don't get treated like this to often in todays world. I highly recommend these folks, they're GREAT.

Awesome Service, Upfront and Straightforward!

Bought my bike at Carter and LOVED IT! I stopped at another store first because it was closer to the base and it was terrible. They ignored me completely. When someone finally did talk to me, he lied to me and tried to push me into a bike I didn't want. When I was leaving he told that the "sale" price was with everything. It was a really good price but when I went back to get it he said he never said that it was with the fees. After they added a bunch of BS the real price was WAY higher. Then another guy came out and started to push me bad! I got the H out of there. Then a buddy told me he bought at Carter and it was cool so I went there. They had the bike I wanted and showed me the real "out the door price" right away. Everyone was friendly. The salesman was kinda new but he got the answers he didn't know from a manager. AWESOME. Wish I went there first!!

I'll 2nd the over priced

I don't mind paying some mark up. But your better off buying parts online and shipping to your home. As for buying atv or bikes they act like your lucky to be buying from them and you should be happy Thaler let you in the door. There are better shops out there.

over priced

make sure you find out the price you are paying for a bike. they stiff you with "fee's" that end up about 3g's over the msrp, thats out the door. imagine if you are financing, dang you can buy 2 bikes for the price you will be paying.
