Excellent!

Everything was excellent. Costco is a LOT cheaper but they're not as knowledgeable and I finally gave up on them.There is no need to sign in on a sheet which requires details of why you are seeking help with ear problems. In short, it has one of the most welcoming arrangements taht I know for a doctor's office. I've never had to wait a long time for service.

Here is a little piece about what I think you your office and service

I like your office because it is different from the usual small, cluttered room, often freezing. A regular office building with no convenient, free parking and often located in a crowded area. Have always easily found a parking space near your office which is well laid out in regular, good sized rooms with comfortable seats on the first floor. In the front reception area patients can watch TV for the latest news and read magazines from an interesting, fairly recent selection and possibly the Washington Post and some other newspapers. There is no need to sign in on a sheet which requires details of why you are seeking help with ear problems. In short, it has one of the most welcoming arrangements taht I know for a doctor's office. I've never had to wait a long time for service.

The website is truly comprehensive providing good information on all aspects of improving hearing. It is well designed and easy to understand. It is a helpful supplement to your treatment.

Excellent friendly service - superb!

Very helpful professional service; available to answer questions, explain details of product & make any adjustments, even on fairly short notice. Delighted with my 'discovery' of Ascent and the remarkable hidden Starkey hearing system.I hear better with less interference and did not have to get the top end hearing aid. Dr. Anzola has great listening skills - pun not fully intended - and helped me achieve my hearing objectives.

Latest visit:As usual very efficient, friendly (desk and physician), and cost per session modest, considering thoroughness.Not only did they review all pertinent information with me in the office, the next month I noticed that they had added a new educational video to their online resources that covered the same subject.

This experience in dealing and managing my hearing loss has been the most caring, knowledgeable and satisfying process I have had with a health professional.

Latest technology, great people!

The hearing aids work very well and the staff are always available to answer questions or provide support.It’s amazing to watch Dr. Anzola and her team treat every patient with the same courteous, patient, helpful, and very professional attitude.

Professional and Prompt.

Appointments are seen on time. Analysis and recommendations are professional, and competent. Follow-up is outstanding. Overall, about as good an experience as you can get with hearing aids.I have interacted with each of the other staff members at the McLean office and have found each of them to be very pleasant and helpful.

Great interactions with the customers

From the time I set an appointment, I felt a sense of "can do" attitude from all involved. The "can do" became a "will do" became a "Done"! So far I have been very impressed, and I am not easily impressed. Not only does the doctor seen to provide excellent service, she is a delight to deal with.

I was completely satisfied with my hearing evaluation and the hearing aids ability to correct the situation.

Both the office staff and doctor were friendly and professional. Any problem I had was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I felt after my hearing was evaluated that the hearing aids established the best correction possible. The doctor also worked with me about certain situations when I could adjust them to work more efficiently.

Awesome Service Great Knowledge!

Awesome! My mum has Parkinson's disease and it is not about her very bad hearing only, but it is the communication and information possessing that she has difficulties as well. I was so impressed that Ascent Audiology Mclean knew exactly how to communicate and how to convince her to wear the hearing aid! She was so friendly patient and professional. It will not forget the wonderful experience.

My experience with Ascent Audiology and Hearing was from the first visit very positive,professional,and more than satisfatory. After testing my hearing a mold was made for both ears. Using a computer the sound level for the aids was developed for my individual needs. Adjustments were made in subsequent weeks as needed. The personal attention I received at Ascent Audiology was extraordinary with unfailing courtesy and understanding.

I purchased my Starkey hearing aids in Naples Florida where we spend part of the year. Audiology Associates located in Naples found Ascent in a directory. With the office close to where we live, I have come in twice to purchase supplies. Service was professional, courteous, and prompt. I will be back for continued purchases as well as service on my hearing aids if necessary.
