We had to move on a short notice and I was only able to get a 10 x 15 storage unit to fit a whole house full of furniture/stuff. Their crew did a fantastic job of bin packing to help fit everything into the tiny storage unit. Not only that, they were courteous, efficient, and very careful with our furniture. I will be definitely be using them again in a few months.

Not that I don't like hiring other companies, it's just that this place is just more suitable company for me when it comes to moving things.



I would love to hire and hire this company all over again. Keep it up guys, and please do not change.

There's a lot of moving companies out there that could move things easily but not as fast as these guys can do.



They were also not just fast, but they were also good on communicating with us. They packed the things that I told them to pack first and they did it with out any objection.



And you can also the professionalism in this guys, much like a veteran movers.

Louis, Manny and Nate were extremely efficient, hard working and pleasant to work with. Moving is not a very easy experience but their attitude and work ethic made it more than tolerable and I enjoyed interacting w/ them. From beginning to end Scout did a 1st Rate job.

I had a lot of people giving me quotes for my move to California but Michelle really stood out by actually listening to what I was saying and not trying to sell me on whatever they had. She carefully when through all the ins and outs and came up with a price that wasn't the lowest, but seemed reasonable. The entire service staff was just as she had promised in a less then a week I was settled in my new home. Scout really made it easy for me.

Neil was fantastic. He came to my house in Kirkland and gave me a visual bid and could not have been more helpful. Went over every detail on every piece in the house and really made me feel comfortable. Both the loading and unloading crews were just as he promised; professional, courteous and friendly. I was very impressed.

They picked up my belongings 2 weeks ago. I haven't gotten any updates. My coordinator hasn't answered my phone calls in 4 days and never called me when she said she would. It is my first move across the country with a moving service and I will never use them again. I am at my new place without any of my belongings and it is far from pleasant. Don't use this company if you'd like things done professionally or in a timely manner.

Overall I would say they did an excellent job. Very clear communication every step of the way, incredibly friendly and accommodating customer service and both crews remained upbeat despite a long day of hard work. I'm holding one star back only because one of my dressers did get a scratch and it my favorite (they did offer to have it fixed). I would definitely recommend them for another move.

We were so impressed with Scout Moving & Storage I was compelled to write this! Coming off of a bad experience with a different moving company, we were nervous to go through it all again. We are so lucky to have found Scout and would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Brian was quick to reply when I submitted my request for a quote reviewed all the details with me to get me a price. The team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Adam was very communicative throughout the whole process, letting us know how long things would take and what we could expect. We felt comfortable leaving all of things with them for a cross country trip. When the delivery crew showed up at the house (with newly finished floors!) they were careful, courteous and all-around really friendly guys.

I’ve used many movers throughout my life and have had all kinds of experiences. Scout Moving was one of my best. From booking our move to the guys moving us the entire experience was easy and painless. The Scout team was on time and on target with getting us relocated from Seattle to Chicago. Some of our furniture was a pain to disassemble but what we dreaded seemed easy for our moving team. Our dining room table and bedroom set where separated and put back together quickly and carefully on delivery. What I appreciated most is the price. The price they quoted was the price we paid. How refreshing. A company that keeps by their word. Overall I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you again!!!

I recently used Scout Moving & Storage for a move from Kirkland WA to Austin. I was a little nervous because I’ve never moved halfway across the country before or entrusted everything I own to a company. Scout left no disappointment. The movers were incredibly friendly, the staff was incredibly helpful and all my stuff arrived with zero damage! Their staff followed up on every detail and described every step of the process so I knew what would happen when the day came. None of that dreaded fish out of water feeling. I wholeheartedly recommended Scout Moving … worth every penny!

Cascade Relocation moved our household items from Seattle to Vegas. Packed perfectly, left on time and arrived on time and unloaded and unpacked very efficiently. At a very reasonable price compared to the big guys. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

The staff is genuinely helpful! I have a lot of fragile furniture and high end electronics (including a server) that needed to be moved. After do my research on moving companies, let's just say I had considerable nervousness.



The staff at Cascade alleviated my concerns with precise answers to questions I had, attentive assistance and many follow up conversations just to make sure everything I wanted and asked for was going to plan.



To top it off, they were on time, friendly and fast - less than a week from Seattle to LA. I recommend Cascade to anyone looking for a stress-free move.

We were looking for an all inclusive moving package and Cascade Relocation seemed like a great fit. The staff from Morgan providing the quote to Richard on the phone to our movers on both ends of the journey - all treated my family and I with professionalism and care. The whole process was simple, affordable, and extremely efficient.

I hired another company (from CA) to move me to TX but when two homeless looking dudes and a raggedy truck arrived, they told me it was going to cost double the original price. No Way! So I called Adam with Cascade Relocation and he got me all setup for the next day. I was really happy I chose Cascade Relocation. They moved me from Vancouver WA to Chicago and the service was fantastic. The movers were such a pleasure to work with, they really helped on move out day when I was so stressed. They just came in and took care of everything. Also their customer service was great. They answered every question I had, usually before I even asked it. I couldn't have asked for more.

Cascade Relocation was a really smart decision for me. I'd had a bad experience with a moving company when moving from NY to the West Coast (don't ask) so I was extra cautious in my research this time around. Cascade was more expensive than some of the other options but I knew that meant they were legit. It was obvious from the questions they asked and all the emails that they sent me that they cared about providing excellent service and making sure I was well informed about what I was buying. On moving day, it showed. The movers were incredible and the whole thing went off without a hitch. I've never had such a painless move.
