Friendly staff; clean building and kennel area.

Two of the main attractions for me are that Pet Play Place is staffed 24 hours a day; the animals are never left alone and the dogs are not simply confined in a cage; they are allowed to play and interact with the other dogs. I feel that my dog is safe and entertained.

Customer service was great (friendly, knowledgeable staff), the facility was exceptionally clean, and my puppy came home showing some signs of training which means there was consistency in its daily interaction.

I like that my dog is free to play with the other dogs and is not confined to a cage.

Very friendly staff, clean environment, reasonable prices, dog comes home tired and is excited to get there!

I like having the daycare options of a half or full day, Monday through Saturday. Being able to keep my dog social is very important to me. He is always happy have a play day.

I love that my dog is so happy when he goes to daycare! He has friends (both human and dog) to play with all day, so by the time I come to pick him up, he's much more calm and a much more pleasant dog to be around!

In addition to your open play environment, I have a special respect for each of the Pet Play Place pet care providers that are in my dog's life. My dog spent a week there recently and by the stories several of the pet care providers shared with me, I knew that each of them must have spent some individual time with my pet. It makes leaving my pet behind easier to know that he's not sitting alone in a cage. He actually has an extended family that he visits on occasion. Can we get a group picture?

I love everything so far with the caring and friendly service provided from Pet Play Place. The genuine warmth and recognition of Storm makes me feel very comfortable leaving him when I can`t take him with me. Everything is always clean and Storm is always tired when we get him home, which is great!

The service is very consistent. Most importantly, after three years of daycare and several boardings, Haley still loves coming to these guys. That tells me that they are doing things right.

I'm single and needed a place for my pet to stay and PLAY from time to time when I am not at home. Plus I think it is just good for her to interact with other animals from time to time. These guys were so nice to Taz and myself when we came in for the first time. The facility is very clean and well designed for small and large pets. Easy to get to and hours are perfect for late pickup.

I like the fact that when you walk in, the place does not have a dog smell. Everyone seems to love the dogs and I feel they receive good care. Everyone is so friendly. I find it especially comforting that everyone knows my dog's name and as she disappears behind the door to the play area, I always smile as I see her tail wagging as she goes.

Casey is a demanding Lab that needs lots of attention. The only reason I take the effort to right a review is because I was very close to giving her up. I have heard of some that could not be helped but they were able to help me with Casey. She destroyed my house and there was never a peaceful moment. After being here for a few days she began to show changes. Then after a couple of weeks she began to slow down and actually begin to listen. I do believe that we may now have a chance to have a well behaved dog without the hurt of giving her away.

I have been bringing my dog Jessa to Pet Play Place for over a year and we both love it! She never wants to go home. The staff is wonderful and they all really care for and love all the dogs. She has stayed for a week at a time while I am away and for daycare on a daily basis. I have never had a single problem. It gives me peace of mind to know that she is being cared for so well when I can’t be with her.

I like that everyone seems to be glad to see my dog and she is excited when she gets there. She had a few adjustment problems in the beginning and the people at Pet Play Place were so patient with her, and really helped her work through her issues. I absolutely will recommend it to anyone who is interested in doggie daycare.

Pet Play Place has been a blessing to myself and Miss Maggie Mae! I have to travel every week and words couldn't describe how I would feel if I had to put my little girl in a traditional kennel. When I drop her off at Pet Play Place she is excited to get inside as quickly as possible. I know that while I can't be there she runs and plays with all her friends and gets first rate care from a great staff!! Mark you rock!!!

My basset passed away not too long ago, and we miss him very much. We took him on during his later years and wish we had more time with him. A few months after we got him, we had to board him. Of course I chose a veterinarian office as most do. got a call a few days later telling me that during the night while no one was there he got his foot stuck some how in the cage he was in. It must have happened early in the night, because when they found him he was stressed and had hurt himself very badly. This made him very sick also. When I found Pet Play Place, I was very skeptical. But I gave it a try, since they allowed him to be out in the open with other dogs during the day and someone would be there over night. When I got back, he was completely the same except for being a little tired. I know they helped me provide for him the kind of life he deserved after all he had been through before coming to me and the trauma from his previous boarding experience. I recommend Pet Play Place to anyone.

I really like the half-day option for day care. Not all boarding places offer that. It is also very convenient to drop my dog off for day care without having to call ahead of time. If I am detained for some reason and have to pick my dog up a few minutes late, the office staff has been understanding and flexible. Most importantly, my dog, Colby, loves to go to Pet Play Place and he always seems happy and contented when I bring him home.

I have been bringing our dog to PPP for about a year. Everyone has been extremely helpful with our special needs dog (he can be a bit temperamental). Their understanding and compassion towards our dog makes my wife and me very happy to be associated with Pet Play Place. We are glad to bring Boris here and I know that he is happy to come here, as well. Thanks!

We are so happy to have found a place where our very active dog can burn off some energy

in a well supervised facility. The experienced staff has been very patient with our

"rambunctious" puppy. It is a relief to know that when we board Grady, that he will

not be confined to a small crate day and night. He is so energetic, that he would be

miserable in a typical boarding setting. When we adopted Grady, it was obvious that

his social skills were lacking. Pet Play Place has really made a huge difference in

his socialization process. Thank you so much!
